Very nice space for family visit
The house has an open, airy feel to it. The arrangement of rooms and porch means that there are several comfortable seating areas for groups or individuals.

Great Beach House Getaway
My family and my sister’s family stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything the property offered. Minutes walk to the beach was perfect and convenient. Able to enjoy the beach all day and come and go back and forth between as we pleased. The outdoor shower was fabulous and the kids loved it after the beach. Beautiful sunsets, lots of bbq and fire pit evenings. The kids enjoyed having the bottom floor to themselves. Property was clean and kitchen was stocked with quality pots and pans which was a major plus. Overall, amazing vacation.

Another wonderful week stay
This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Close proximity to the beach. The house was in perfect condition for a family of 5-8. We will be back again.

Great Vacation Rental
We came to SB to visit family and really enjoyed our stay. The beach was so accessible (2 minute walk from the house) and we utilized all the great beach gear available in the garage. The house was clean and very well equipped. The only downside was all the road construction made it difficult to drive to other places especially if we needed to go North and come back to La Conchita. We often got stuck in traffic and the exit was sporadically closed which added 25 extra minutes to the drive. Just be aware of the construction if you’re using the house around this time.

Perfect beach location
The home was a perfect setting for our week long family vacation. Well stocked with all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable without any worry. The backyard was a bonus feature that was unexpected; especially the outdoor shower facility. We will be back for sure.

Awesome beach home for families
We loved the home and the short 5 minute walk to the beach. The house almost has 2 separate living spaces with the downstairs having a bedroom, bathroom and it’s own living room with a huge TV. It was perfect for our son and his two kids. Two other bedrooms upstairs and two more bathrooms. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. We loved the outdoor shower, the fire pit and the wagon with toys and chairs, umbrellas for the beach. Loved this house so much we wanted to book again in August but the price is almost doubled at that time. 😔

Excellent Thanksgiving
The property was in perfect condition, everything was seamlessly working. The house is close to the 101’ underpass that connect La Conchita neighborhood with the beach. We were a group of 8 people that enjoyed the property.

Great weekend getaway
This property was nestled between the ocean and the hills and was a charming home. Loved that you could walk 5 minutes to a very private beach! Stocked with beach chairs and towels and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Would definitely stay there again. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Ojai, Ventura, Carpenteria and Santa Barbara.

Family Vacation
Our son and daughter-in-law flew in from Sweden and we spent five glorious days at the house with our other son. We all love to cook and the kitchen is completely outfitted for the serious cook! The house is also stocked with beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a wagon to cart beach items to the beach! Super helpful! It’s a great house with an ocean view from the master bedroom and dining room/family room. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach House Experience
This place was comfortable and stylish. I loved the master bedroom, the on-suite updated bathroom and view of the ocean. The outdoor shower was super fun, yellow kitchen was adorable and fun to cook in. One issue I didn't understand why there was only one roll of paper towels and two trash bags provided. We had to make an extra run to the store. Everything else was great and would love to come again. Easy walk to the beach and was happy with the chairs and cart provided.

That being said, we do apologize for the lack of supplies you encountered during your stay with us. With regard to the amount of soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, or dish soap please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. Close to beach!
We loved the access to the beach, the gorgeous, well appointed kitchen, the backyard with a. shower, outdoor fireplace, hide a bed for extra sleeping- it was awesome! We were very comfortable and the place was darling!!! The beach chairs and wagon were also key. We absolutely loved it!!!

BEACH STAY
Wonderful clean unit that is located super close to the beach. We appreciated the beach wagon and chairs/towels. The place was clean and very comfortable. We did have a few problems surrounding the outdoor fire pit. The TurnKey manager called the next day and we were able to solve the problem without them coming out. The only other issues I found surprising was there no dishwashing detergent or coffee filters. Not sure if during cleaning the cleaners neglected to check, but it was surprising for essential items. I would come back and stay here based on the location, and customer service.

Nice getaway
Nice and close to the beach, house was clean and looked freshly renovated. BBQ, fire pit and seating in the backyard was nice. All furniture was comfortable, TVs were great and kitchen was amazing.

The facility had an ant infestation. Under the sink was provided a RAID spray bottle indicating that there was prior knowledge of bug infestation. Fairly simple in my opinion, have regular pest control. I lived in this area for 10 years and regular pest control remediates this issue, however it is clear this is not what is being done. I can provide pictures showing the ants. Any food that is out was immediately infested with herds of ants. Very disappointing considering the fee I paid to stay at this facility.

Great home, great location
We loved the house - great layout and perfect for two families to co-exist. The location is so close to the beach and super easy to have dinner in Carpinteria or Santa Barbara. The kids loved the backyard and outside shower. It was a great getaway and we highly recommend. The only issue was lack of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, but they were delivered as soon as we asked. We are not sure the dishwasher works perfectly, buy that is a small thing and had no hindrance on the quality of our stay.

Hidden gem
This property is a minute from the beach!! A friendly family beach with no rocks and perfect waves for small and big kids. The house was clean, well stocked, and great beds/ towels. They even have an outdoor shower to wash off the sand!
