Heel schoon. Uitstekende bedden. Keuken was goed uitgerust. Jammer dat de Spaanse gastvrouw geen Engels sprak. Daarentegen verliep de communicatie met de huiseigenaar perfect.

Very clean
We found the apartment very small the kitchen especially small almost impossible to cook in even though there was everything you could possibly need very well equipped. The towels were very old and like dusters we had to go and buy a couple of bath towels from todo shop there was no toilet paper on arrival no cleaning products to keep it clean the beds were rock hard only one sunbed was usable the others were all broken as were the sun umbrellas the bikes had flat tyres. The location made up for the misrepresentations and very quiet with a beautiful pool. Only having one key made it difficult. Wi-Fi not very reliable. But you get what you pay for and we had a relaxing stay.

Appartement conforme à l annonce.
Très bon séjour à Vera, appartement très propre beaucoup de vaisselle, de linge, une superbe vue, seul bémol avoir une voiture. Nous pas de soucis nous prenions la voiture pour aller à la plage car un peu loin...sinon le paysage est magnifique.

Es el tercer año que venimos, creo que con eso lo digo todo. El apartamento es acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La urbanización es muy bonita, y la playa de Vera está a unos 20-30 minutos andando. Recomiendo el bar-tienda "Cositas", es el único que hay por la zona, pero merece la pena al 100% . Se come bien y barato, y las dueñas son encantadoras.

tv box no english channels,but had taken our own box which worked, no loungers either broken or full of dirt,the bikes in a shed on roof rusted up,but we wouldnt have used anyway.shower over bath un safe no mat or handle to hold,sun umbrealls broken, good points quite location,wi-fi average 7mbps,secure unit,plenty hot water,large fride freezer,plenty of cutlery,sun parasol on roof worked but no loungers, the apartment could be good if a weeks rental was spent on it,

Unfortunately, you are rigth ; I've not been able to come before your stay to fix some of the problems - this is now done : TX box changed with different software to receive worldwide channels - Bicycles repaired and derusted (they stayed some time under the rain on the roof), the sun parasol has also been repaired this week. Sorry for the convenience

Nos hemos alojado en este apartamento en agosto de 2021 y hemos estado muy cómodos.
En términos generales el apartamento ha cumplido nuestras expectativas. Mi familia y yo hemos estado cómodos durante nuestra estancia en agosto 2021. El apartamento y sus instalaciones muy bien. Muchas tranquilidad, buena ubicación. Puntos negativos: no había congelador, el lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente y las cerraduras de las puertas no iban muy bien. El resto muy bien equipado. Solucionando estos pequeños inconvenientes, recomendamos el apartamento.

Nous avons passé trois semaines de vacances dans cet appartement bien agencé et équipé. La résidence avec la piscine est au calme. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

El apartamento está bien, pero adolece de algunos errores típicos en quieres vacacionales.
El apartamento estaba limpio, pero ropa de cama.y toallas muy usadas y sin certificado de haber sido lavadas a altas temperaturas ( lavandería industrial ). Sólo uno de los dos frigoríficos que hay en el apartamento funciona, es pequeño y no tiene congelador. La cocina es diminuta, apenas caben dos personas en ella. No hay espacio de almacenaje en la cocina y los cubiertos y vasos están en el salón , al descubierto. La cerradura de la puerta y portales funcionan regular. Sólo nos dieron una copia de las llaves , lo dificulta la movilidad individual de los adultos .La piscina bien, pero gracias a que prácticamente no había nadie alojado en el resto del complejo, en plena ocupación y con el covid hubiera sido imposible, ni con turnos, acceder a la misma. La playa está lejos, como a 1 km algo que ya sabíamos, pero además no se puede ir andando porque habría que cruzar carreteras sin arcén ni pasos de peatones. Parking sin techado al exterior, coger el coche por la tarde se convierte en una odisea. Lo positivo, la tranquilidad del complejo y de la zona en general, playas limpias con socorrista y relativamente poca piedra, aunque ya se sabe que en esa zona cubre en seguida. Ya en la zona comercial muchos locales donde elegir comer y tomar algo.

Hemos estado cómodos,por la limpieza,el apartamento en general y la piscina. Excelente trato,pero crei estar más cerca de la playa...si viajas sin niños es más cómodo. Sin duda es un sitio para repetir.

Confortable et agréable
Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. La résidence et la piscine sont très agréables. Avec la chaleur, il est préférable de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage ou autres visites et activités ce dont la région ne manque pas. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et Benoit ainsi que le contact sur place ont toujours été très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions.

Appartement plus que complet et moderne pour quatre personnes très calme avec vu piscine un peu retiré de la plage mais facile d' accès. Réception avec la langue française qui nous à aidé. Conseillé pour voir le sud Espagne avec des visites et une autoroute proche et gratuite. Merci pour la bonne participation de nos vacance réussie.

Lovely stay in a well equipped apartment.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Communication from the owner was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped and even has two folding cycles which we used to cycle to the nearby beach. The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the beach and nearby shops and supermarkets. Would recommend to anyone!

Un appartement très bien agencé, avec toutes les commodités, très bien situé dans la résidence (face à la piscine). Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le propriétaires très sympathiques. bel accueil a notre arrivée malgré notre retard Enfin, Vera Playa est une station balnéaire très agréable.

Apartamento muy bonito y en muy buenas condiciones. Urbanización también.
Matrimonio con 2 hijos adolescentes y un perrito. Apartamento ideal para estancias de varios días., muy bien cuidado y menaje muy completo. Precio-calidad estupendo. Trato muy agradable del dueño y arrendador. Buena ubicación, cercana a las playas y zonas de compras y ocio. Aparcamiento disponible dentro de la propia urbanización. Terrazas muy buenas para disfrutarlas.
