Good condition with excellent choice for breakfast. Staff is mostly helpful. We were given different information about the proximity of Somnath temple by different members of staff, which created a bit of challenge with our planning.

Extremely dirty rooms
Rooms are very dirty. The sheets were full of stains. Pillow covers looked like they did not even change them. Bathrooms was really smelly with stains on the walls etc. the hallway had a wierd smell. The carpet was not vacuumed.

Not happy with the Expedia people I have to take initiative for confirmation again and again till late evening. You have to cross check every thing other where is need of taking your site for booking

Very nice hotel - a quiet experience in Somnath
I found this hotel 5 yrs ago and now when ever I am in Somnath I stay here. Very helpful and caring staff who will look after elderly relatives and their needs and nothing is too much. I would suggest to make it creme de la creme of hotels to provide 1L bottles of water complimentary rather than 500ml bottles as the shops to get any extra fluids are far needing a rickshaw costing 50-100 rupees to get there. Otherwise a super place to stay

Good hotel for the area you are in what u pay for is what u get! No 5 star hotel in the area so had to settle for this 3 star

NOT WORTH HOTEL
We paid 10,225 to stay in this hotel but we highly disappointed with the service. Our Wifi was not working and the very next day our TV was not working. The hotel staff seemed to be lazy and that upon calling thrice they would their job. Room was clean and good enough for 3 people but the ambience and service was very much disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. we had been member of Fern Residency but our experience with them was very comfortable and good. This hotel was not worth staying for 10,225 for one day.

Not a great hotel
Room was very dirty, in particular the bathroom which had stains all over. Dirty smell ran through the hotel which put me off my dinner. Staff were contradicting when asking to exchange money as one said I can get exchange and the said I can't!whole in the room and when asking why it was there was told it's for airconditioning which hadn't been completed.confusion over room payments as I had previously paid.
