I was not sent a code to get into the house. Had to call the vrbo office and they got a hold of the hostess and we got the code.However when I got into the house the double bed had been slept in and there were towels on the washing machine.Called the office again and they looked into their emails and found out they’d heard from the the house cleaner. She sent a note saying she couldn’t make the cleaning!!Why weren’t we notified sooner?VRBO was very helpful and offered to send someone right over to clean. Too late! We’d already wasted an hour waiting to get in!VRBO refunded our money.Phyllis B & Julie R
