The Space:

Elegant double bedroom with an open-view walk-in shower, a striking design touch. Bright living room with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Two full bathrooms with showers. Air conditioning and heating, safe.



Guest Access:

First floor, no lift. Exclusive access to the whole flat, directly on Via Roma.



The Neighborhood:

On Vernazza's main street: restaurants, wine bars, traditional shops, the sea and little harbour all very close by. Village life without long walks.



Getting Around:

The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes). Advance booking recommended (roughly €20/day).



Other Things to Note:

Pets allowed for a non-refundable supplement. Heating independently controlled, switched off by Italian law from 1 April to 8 November.



We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:

Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm, late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm, with a €50 supplement only if assisted check-in is requested, no check-in possible after 10:00pm: past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway.
