Our home is designed to be your home away from home. You will find that we have outfitted this home with everything you need to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one. A few examples are beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, entertaining / cooking essentials, etc. You have your own private patio with a gas BBQ Grill, indoor & outdoor dining table, and lounge chairs waiting for you, it does not get better than this!!

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shining light right before dawn. Open the windows & doors to let the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze flow throughout the house. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean. Enjoy all that Vero Beach has to offer, while you escape the crowds and unwind in the tranquility of our private and quiet home.

**THE SPACE**

This luxurious retreat can comfortably sleep up to 10-12 guests. The open Floor plan consists of 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths all decorated with high end furnishings and linens. The fully equipped kitchen and its inviting dining area open onto the comfy living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Sun shines through the sliding glass balcony doors throughout the day, making the entire space bright and warm while allowing you to gaze at the mesmerizing views of the ocean.

The stretch of white sand beach is completely private with access only to owners and guests. It is perfect for friends, families, or couples who crave a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home. (Beach access is directly across the street).

The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so you will always be cool and connected.

The garage is full of “toys”, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, Tent, and Beach cooler. We make it easy to just relax with your toes in the sand or be active in the water. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! You can often see dolphins playing in the surf, especially during dusk and dawn. During the winter months, bird watching is almost hard not to do. During the summer, you might be able to see turtles laying eggs at night (just make sure to not disturb or frighten them!)

We are located 30 miles from Melbourne International Airport, or 95 miles from Orlando International Airport (1hr 34 min). Cocoa Beach Pier is 44 miles to our North, and Sebastian Inlet State Park is just 9 Minutes to our South. Between those two points, you will find miles of Sun-Drenched Beaches known as the Space Coast. If you would like to venture a little further out, well-known Cocoa Beach is 40 miles to our North, and Vero Beach Outlets is 16 miles to the South. The many Theme Parks of Orlando are only an hour and a half away.
