Less than 0.5 miles to the park or happening downtown Sylvan Beach. Brand new everything!! Loaded with amenities and we are here to make your vacation everything you hoped for! Sleeps 12 guests and parks 3 cars.

Our home is on a private road allowing guests to enjoy their stay without the disturbances of busy Route 13. Our property is situated right near Verona Beach State Park, Oneida Lake, has a fenced in yard and access to a Sylvan Beach just a 0.5 mile walk down the road. The home is large enough for families of all sizes to enjoy.

There is an open concept throughout the downstairs. From the front entry you have access to the living room, dining room, the kitchen as well as 1st floor bath and bedroom. The 1st floor hosts also a full bathroom and tub for small children. The second floor is completed with two king size master bedrooms that each have large closet's and a shared spacious master bathroom.

The entire private home is all yours! The Verona Beach house is suitable for up to 12 guests looking to relax near the water or enjoy the surrounding attractions such as Syracuse, Adirondacks, Finger Lakes, local wineries and so much more!

A few common questions to help you decide if "Blue Heron Way" is a good fit for your getaway:

How far is the Lake House from Syracuse?

Not far at all! Within a 30 minute drive you and your family will be able to enjoy Syracuse NY with all of it's history and excellent restaurants. If you are coming in the fall or winter try to catch a Syracuse Orange football or Basketball game with a 40 minute drive to the famous Carrier Dome!


Can we cook at the house? BBQ outside?

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, cups, pots, pans and much more. We have a kuerig machine with pods as well :) We would love for you to enjoy the brand-new appliances if you’re looking for a home cooked meal! The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker as well and additional ice cube trays. We also have a gas BBQ grill for you to enjoy as well. We will do our best to keep the propane filled and if it runs low please let us know right away and we will give you access to the reserve tank. We also provide a toaster and microwave.



Is it suitable for children?

We have had several families and friends stay at our home. With the private property there is lots of room for outdoor activities for the kids. As with all houses situated on near Oneida Lake please always be cautious of the kiddos getting near the water or outside the confines of the property. The interior of the home has large open spaces for the children to play and make themselves at home. Please be considerate of the stairs. We provide a high chair for dining purposes as well and an infant bath in the bathroom closets.



Is there any games or other activities at the house?

You bet! We have a plethora of board games and more. Outside includes a BBQ set up! We also have a fire pit set up where the guests can hang around and make s'mores if they so choose :) As always, take care with the kiddos around the open fire.


What about the Internet situation?

Great news, we have 200 MBPS spectrum internet which you can stream all of your favorite shows to our new flat screen TV's!


Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow pets under certain restrictions! We are proud owners of two rescue puppies ourselves and understand the desire to have your furbabies on vacation with you. Please mention that you would like to bring a pet with you before booking to answer a few brief questions to see if your particular pet fits our requirements. Any dogs must be leashed at all times outside and cleaned up after immediately. There is a $75 pet cleaning fee and additional fees may apply for any damages or pet rules broken.

-Please treat our home and amenities with the same respect you would your own, leave the home in the same condition you found it, and if you notice anything broken or out of place let us know right away.

-No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property. Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue

-Please be extremely careful with starting a fire in the outdoor kitchen fireplace. Please clean up any garbage left around this area and use caution when enjoying a fire

-Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host before booking

-Respect the neighbors: it is very important that noise levels are kept reasonable in the outdoor areas after 9 pm. If there are any complaints we may not be able to continue hosting in the future and any repeated noise complaints will result in removal from the property

-Please notify us of any extra house guests as they must be approved before staying- you may be charged an additional fee or, depending on the circumstances, we will enforce a removal from the property for all guests immediately without a refund

-Report damages and anything in non-working condition

-Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate the host for any stains

-It is self-check-in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days prior to your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart

-Pets must be approved before entering the home. If pets are brought in without consent from the host there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property without a refund.
