Before your arrival you will be asked to fill in the online registration procedure in which you must:
• declare your personal details, providing a photo of the identity documents of all the guests and a selfie of the main guest, as proof of the veracity of the documents;
• sign the tourist rental agreement;
• the payment of the tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the accommodation, and is 3.50€ per person per night.

OTHER DETAILS OF THE HOUSE TO NOTE: As

for the house, we would like to remember that there is no air conditioning, but a fan. The apartment tends to be quite cool even on the hottest days of August.

In addition, in Italy we have 3kW of electricity per accommodation, so turning on several appliances at the same time, the power goes off.

In addition, if you have specific requests regarding beds, please inform us as soon as possible (at least 24 hours before arrival). For example, if you want to book for 2 people, only the double bed will be prepared, not the sofa bed. If you wish to sleep separately, note that the extra linen has an additional cost of €25.00 to be paid directly to us.
