Over the course of just three days, I was locked out of my room every single day, which is unacceptable by any standard. I was even moved to three different rooms during my stayâan utterly chaotic and stressful ordeal that ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday.
The situation reached a breaking point on my final night when I was completely locked out of Room 202. The lock was so defective that a locksmith had to destroy the door to get it openâonly managing to let me back in at midnight. By then, hours of my time had been wasted, I had missed planned activities I had paid for, and I was in physical discomfort due to illness and period pain. I urgently needed access to my medication and a safe space to rest, and instead I was forced to wait around and chase support teams for four hours.
To make matters worse, the remote support I contacted was inconsistentâsome staff were unhelpful and gave incorrect instructions, adding to the confusion and distress. It was only after hours of persistence that someone finally assisted in resolving the issue.
This experience was not only incredibly stressful and disruptive, but it also caused significant financial loss and physical discomfort. I cannot overstate how this affected meâit genuinely ruined my entire trip to Verona.
DO NOT EVEN RISK STAYING IN LIMEHOUSE. It is not worth the stress. if you booked a room, just leave and stay elsewhere. I have all the documentation and pictures to prove this horrible experience.
