Villa Gloria. Luxe appartement in art nouveau villa in de stad

Elegante villa, gebouwd in de vroege jaren 1900, met uitzicht, volledig hersteld balken, Villa Gloria is omgeven door een grote tuin, met zijn hoge cederbomen, zorgen voor een ontspannen verblijf. Gelegen in een rustige straat op een steenworp afstand van het ziekenhuis van Trento stad en het historische centrum, is de ideale accommodatie voor toeristen die de historische en artistieke monumenten. Het appartement dat wij bieden voor gasten beslaat de gehele tweede verdieping (zonder lift) van de villa en bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers (een tweepersoonsbed, 1 twin) 2 badkamers, woonkamer, eetkamer met kitchenette en een grote terras met tafel en stoelen waar u kunt eten of gewoon kunt ontspannen. Het appartement is geschikt voor 4 of 5 personen en voegt een vijfde bed toe. Het is ook mogelijk om nog twee mensen te ontvangen in een grote (28 m²) en lichte tweepersoonskamer, uitgerust met een prachtige complete badkamer (douche, jacuzzi-hydromassage) op de eerste verdieping van de villa. Onafhankelijke ingang, Wi-Fi internet, airconditioning in elke kamer. In de tuin staat een groot prieel met een grote tafel voor de gasten. Het huis, dus tussen het appartement op de tweede verdieping en de kamer op de eerste verdieping is geschikt voor maximaal 7 personen. 5 gasten zullen worden ondergebracht in het appartement, 6 of 7 gasten zullen worden verdeeld tussen de kamer en het appartement.

Exquisite villa in Verona

The property is located in the Borgo Trento neighborhood of Verona. It is congested, but VERY quiet. We met our host in front of the villa, and she gave us a quick tour of the property. Washer, drying rack, and the gate outside, then up the stairs to the villa. The villa is beautiful, with an outside patio.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment war einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, elegant eingerichtet und bot allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Besonders haben wir die ruhige Lage und den wunderschönen Garten genossen – eine wahre Oase in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums.Ein großes Lob an die Gastgeberin Gloria, die uns mit viel Herzlichkeit empfangen und großartige Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Der private Parkplatz war ein großes Plus, und die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln machte die Erkundung von Verona sehr einfach.Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Verona sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely stay in Verona

We had a wonderful time staying at Gloria’s villa. It was really lovely, everything we needed was there, the villa is well equipped and stocked with all the essentials and loads of coffee pods 😁 The terrace is great for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Gloria made lots of recommendations for us including El Capitel restaurant which was wonderful - we ate there twice. Thanks a lot Gloria - we will definitely stay again when we return to Verona !

Wonderful Stay in Verona

The property was very clean and well equipped, and the owner Gloria was there to meet us and show us the features of the property. A binder she had made included recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. She also had a variety of maps and ideas for sightseeing available. We were in a very walkable location to the center of Verona.We enjoyed our stay, and would happily return to this property if we are lucky enough to be in Verona again!

Absolutely delightful

Gloria is an excellent host. And the property is also stellar. The pictures on the internet underplay how lovely the exterior of the building is. The interior is also very attractive. Gloria is very responsive to communication and made us feel very welcome. She and her daughter Carolina met us at the villa and explained everything well. In both English and Italian. I enjoyed the opportunity to practice Italian with them. We had a small request during our stay and Gloria immediately provided what we needed. The information available in the villa reinforced things they had instructed us about related to bus system, nearby grocery store, restaurants, etc.. Gloria provided a useful map with markings identifying such things. The property was lovely. It is located a bit outside the center of Verona, but easy to reach key attractions with public transportation or a very manageable walking distance. We felt as though it was a property that was comfortable enough for a more extended stay. It felt like home. Verona is magical, enjoyed the opera in the ancient Roman arena. For me, one of the most important elements of a great stay in a rental is the quality of the beds, a variety of pillows with respect to degree of firmness, and the availability of sufficient towels. Thank you Gloria for putting thought into that aspect of our comfort as well as everything else! We were also grateful for the use of a washing machine. We would love to rent again . Brava!

So schön - zum Wohlfühlen

Gloria ist eine super nette Gastgeberin. Sie ist wirklich daran interessiert, dass es ihren Gästen gutgeht und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts erkundigt, ob alles gut ist. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und konnten gute Ausflüge zum Gardasee machen und Verona ist eh super!! Die große Terrasse ist sehr schön und die Gegend ruhig und sehr grün. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!

The Absolute Best Place to Stay!

This home is gorgeous! Hostess Gloria's home is impeccably clean and comfortable, and as beautiful as the photos are, they do not do it justice! The place was the perfect size for the four of us (two adults and two teens), and it had everything imaginable to make us comfortable. The air conditioners were great, and the multiple streaming services kept the kids entertained when we were relaxing "at home." Gloria met us at the property and walked us through everything that we needed to know, providing so many helpful bits of information about the neighborhood (restaurants, stores, bus routes, taxi services). Perfect place to stay! Perfect location, perfect home, and perfect hostess! Highly recommended!

Tolle Wohnung in Verona

Auf unserer "Rundreise" in diesem Sommer machten wir auch vier Tage in Verona halt. Wir durften in der tollen Wohnung von Gloria wohnen. Alles war prima: vom Check-In, Empfehlungen der Vermieterin bezüglich Verona, über die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung (auch eine Klimaanlage war in allen Räumen vorhanden) bis zum Check-Out. Wir haben gern auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Das Auto parkte auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück und war dort absolut sicher. Von der Wohnung kommt man schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus in das Zentrum von Verona....und was soll ich sagen: Verona ist ein echt tolle Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Gloria!

Wonderful villa and excellent host

My spouse and I recently traveled through Italy and stayed in this gorgeous villa for 2 weeks. The villa is gated, and the rental property is located on the top floor. It's a very clean and spacious place, with a rooftop terrace that overlooks the safe and quiet neighborhood. You will also have access to the washing machine in the garage. In addition, you can park your car at the property driveway, which is a nice bonus, as parking outside on the streets could be rather challenging. If you also plan to visit beautiful spots around Verona (like lake Garda or Dolomites) I recommend renting the car at the train station (Autovia). There is no need for the car if you plan to explore only Verona, as the city buses run quite reliably, and you could get to the city center from the villa in 20 min. Gloria is a fantastic host, she welcomed us at the place, and gave us numerous tips that helped us navigate the city (and the villa). She responded to our inquiries via whatsap within minutes, and did everything (and beyond) to help us enjoy Veneto area. We are seasoned travelers, but we could not find any cons; the whole experience was enjoyable! We highly recommend this property, and we are sure that you will be pleased with that choice.

Villa Gloria

This was a spacious and comfortable apartment housed in an elegantly beautiful Veronese villa. The villa was located in a quiet and florid suburb around 20 minutes’ walk to central Verona and all the most important amenities - including good value pizzerias, cosy bars and a supermarket - were located nearby. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Verona and look forward to a time when we might be able to do so ourselves again.

Excellent stay in Verona

Beautiful villa in a quiet and safe location. Great restaurant recommendations by Gloria. Very nice to have two separate washrooms and an outside terrace to eat on. A few basic pantry basics such as salt, sugar and oil would have been appreciated for those who like to cook and want to make us if the beautiful kitchen and dining room.
