Five stars is not enough to give this beautiful and exquisite hotel. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we were enveloped in hospitality and warmth. Davide, Massimo and everyone we came in contact with during our two-night stay deserves the highest praise; I wish I remembered each of their names because they all deserve a huge shoutout! We stayed in two connecting suites and they were two of the most comfortable and elegant rooms we’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. The beds and lines were luxurious and exquisite, as were the amenities - plush slippers, cozy robes, wonderful toiletries, and the most delectable turn down treats. The breakfast spread at the penthouse dining room was delicious and our dinner was one of the best meals we had during our two-week travels through Italy. The service at the Vista is truly top notch and wonderful. We felt so welcome and well taken care of every day and cannot wait to come back to stay even longer! Verona is such a magical place and its unmatched charm and beauty were amplified by our wonderful time at the Vista.

The Vista Palazzo is in a prime location and was a wonderful experience in every way. The Vista is a beautiful boutique hotel definitely worthy of its 5-star Luxury rating. All of the staff were so helpful and courteous and made us feel right at home. The decor and attention to detail are exquisite. I would definitely return and would gladly recommend to others.

This property was immaculate and exceeded my expectations in design, service, and cleanliness. The hotel is the epitome of personalized luxury and I felt at home immediately. The linen sheets are ironed to perfection, every rug is silk, breakfast is served on beautiful china with silver, and every detail has been thought out carefully. They even left fresh cut flowers and macaroons in the room. The breakfast is gorgeous and delicious and I enjoyed it with a beautiful view of mountains and rooftops. I am a very discerning frequent traveler, and I left flabbergasted. I recommend traveling to Verona just to stay at this hotel.

Good but too expensive
Great new small hotel just opened last week so pls be kind and give them some time to get up and running. The prices are a bit steep for what you get in terms of in house facilities. But the SPA looks nice, the location is prime and once the roof top opens it will be a nice spot for a short stay. I think to warrant the price charged they need to up the game on the restaurant, bar and vibe. Its has a bit of JK Place feel to it, but not the same at all. They lack the vibrant common areas. I did not eat at the hotel but the breakfast was good.
