Gîte on the 1st floor of 96m². You enter the bright living room which has a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area around the pellet stove. The dining area opens thanks to its French window onto the terrace where you can meet up with family or friends to enjoy simple and friendly moments. The spacious and warm bedrooms with their natural colors consist of: 1 bed 140 / 2 beds 90 / 1 bed 140. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate. This old stone barn, dating from 1904, is located in a small hamlet preserved from any new construction, without any night pollution: "your evenings on the terrace under the stars will be bright". The barn has been carefully renovated into a gîte by the owner, respecting the architecture and the environment, using healthy, natural materials: lime paint, excellent insulation: wood wool/reeds, Fermacell partitions, etc. The gîte features two large terraces (36 and 50m²) furnished and equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, shade sails, sun loungers, and a plancha grill. For added comfort, utilities and linens are included, and beds are made upon your arrival.
