Quiet, central area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The different stations are accessible on foot:
- Versailles Château station - Left bank 12 min walk (RER C center of Paris)
- Versailles Rive Droite station, 12 minutes on foot (line L direction Paris Gare Saint Lazare)
- Versailles Chantier station 14 min walk (RER line C, line N and line U Direction Paris Gare Montparnasse and center of Paris)

No respect for the other residents of the building (including us), parties are strictly prohibited.

The Accommodation is non-smoking, even with the windows open. If you wish to smoke you will have to go out into the street (not in the courtyard of the building).

The toilet in the bathroom is a sanibroyeur, it is strictly forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper into it. A small trash can is at your disposal if necessary.
