This lovely holiday home in Kærgården, is perfect for the family or group of friends, who want to relax and enjoy nature. The house was built in 2005 and has been renovated in 2022, ensuring modern facilities and comfort. With a house area of 110 square meters and a plot of 1200 square meters, there is plenty of space to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.



This house can accommodate up to 8 people and has a total of 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and the third with a sofa bed. In addition, there are two places in the loft for those, who want to sleep a little higher up. This makes it the ideal place for families or groups of friends, who want to spend time together.



The location of the house gives a breathtaking view of the water, only 200 meters from the coast. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the quiet atmosphere that this scenic part of Denmark offers. Outside you will find a lovely terrace, where you can grill and enjoy meals under the open sky, as well as swings for the children, so they can play and have fun.



Inside, the house offers many modern conveniences. The holiday home has both a bathroom with a shower and an additional guest toilet. The house is equipped with 2 heat pumps and air conditioning, so you can adjust the temperature according to your needs. In the living room you will find a wood-burning stove, that creates a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can easily handle all everyday tasks. There is also a fridge with a 60 liter freezer, ideal for storing food and drinks for the holidays. Entertainment is ensured with a television that offers both Danish and German TV, as well as Chromecast to stream your favorite programmes.



For those who want to pamper themselves, there is also an indoor hot tub that can accommodate 2 people, as well as a sauna to relax after a long day of activities. The children can also find joy in the various facilities available to them.
