We offer for seasonal rental (capacity of 10 people), our second house, all in stone, located in the East of the department of Aveyron; in the heart of the rural village of Vezin de Lévezou (900m) 20 Kms from Millau. Freshness guaranteed to spend good summer nights! The house is the former kennel of the Château de Vezin completely renovated.
Located 15 minutes from the A75, access is very easy by road.

On the first floor, the kitchen opens directly onto the terrace where you can eat for lunch and dinner!
On the first floor, you will find a first bedroom with double bed (140) with TV and DVD player.
Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and large gas stove)
A lounge area which can accommodate a large table (+Tv).
Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms:
- Blue room: a double bed one 140 and 4 single beds 90
- Red room: a double bed 180 and a BZ 140

You have direct access to the fenced garden of about 800 m2, wooden terrace, sun lounger and barbecue. Unobstructed view of the village without vis-à-vis.
In the village there is a Vival with bakery, a pharmacy and a post office. Football field and tennis court accessible free of charge.
You can visit famous tourist places nearby:
- 10 minutes away: Micropolis
- 30 minutes from Rodez, with its cathedral and the Soulage Museum,
- 25 minutes from Lake Pareloup for swimming with equipped beaches
- 20 minutes from the Millau Viaduct (cave, caving, paragliding)
- 45 minutes from the Roquefort cellars - 40 minutes from Albi
- 35 minutes from the Gorges du Tarn (kayaking and swimming, Peyrelade castle) ...
