Troviamo assolutamente disdicevole il posteggio da parte del personale nella salitina che conduce dentro all'albergo e che impedisce agli ospiti di accedere agevolmente alla struttura quando in particolar modo arrivano con i bagagli'

'The rooms were basic but clean, small ski equipment room. Literally you walk out of the door and put your skis on - it's wonderful! 'The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...

'De flesta bilderna på hotels.com var från systerhotellet Torres och inte från Grand Hotel vilket gjorde oss riktigt besvikna eftersom det varken fanns bastu, pool, pjäxförråd eller mysig bar. Hotelpersonalen pratar inte engelska och under vår vistelse var det mängder av skolklasser på hotellet och väggarna har begränsad ljudisolering. Innan vistelsen försökte vi få tag på hotellet under 3 månader och telefonnumret på hotels.coms bekräftelse är inte i bruk och ingen svarar på e-mail på hotellet....
