## Space
This charming, air-conditioned 41-square-meter apartment has been designed to offer you a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant stay.

Located at the back of a gated, secure residence, the house enjoys a quiet setting while being ideally situated: the beach, shops, and main street are all within walking distance.

On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, bright living area featuring:
a living room with a TV,
a cozy dining area,
a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and features: a dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware.

Also on the ground floor, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, with a separate toilet for added comfort.

For sleeping arrangements, the accommodation offers two comfortable bedrooms:

a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140 × 190 cm),
a bedroom upstairs with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and two single beds (90 × 190 cm), ideal for a family.

👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.

Upstairs, you’ll also find a furnished loft with:

a sitting area with a TV,
a desk area, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large terrace at the back of the residence, not overlooked by neighbors, equipped with:

outdoor furniture,
an electric grill,
two lounge chairs.

An ideal space for sharing meals outdoors and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

Free, secure parking spaces are available on the premises.

👉 Upon your arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides you with a welcome kit including: dish towels, microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, trash bags, and a bath mat.

👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you in person to hand over the keys and will be available throughout your stay.

👉 A baby kit (travel crib + high chair) is available as an option for €10 per stay.

The property has two numbered parking spaces in the residence’s shared parking lot.

Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere, and preserved natural areas to explore through pleasant discovery trails—ideal for a vacation in Occitanie.

This typical Occitan village, nestled in a remarkable natural setting, is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family vacation.

The town of Vias will charm you with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux Art Gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias by the waterfront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes to cycle along a section of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to Vias’s various beaches is very easy via bike paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are available at the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, and sea kayaking... The accommodation is located near a variety of restaurants, bars, and other shops.

## Transportation
By train: The Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometers from downtown Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.

## Notes
In July and August, rentals are available only from Sunday to Sunday.
A €200 security deposit will be required upon arrival.

Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.
Kit rentals (bed + bath) are available: €10 per person per stay.

👉 Cleaning:
Outside July–August: optional (€84 incl. tax).
July and August: mandatory cleaning service at €84 incl. tax.
Payment for cleaning is due on-site if not included in the reservation.
