It comprises two bedrooms* with wardrobes (10 and 12 m²). One of the bedrooms has its own TV. Both overlook the interior of the residence. Each bedroom has new, hotel-quality bedding (French-made) and two 80cm mattresses that can be joined upon request. Like the rest of the apartment, they are equipped with electric roller shutters. A bathroom with a large shower tray and two sinks completes the sleeping area. You will find a towel warmer, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror. The toilet is separate. The living areas, enhanced by large, recently installed bay windows, are very pleasant as they open onto a long covered balcony (10m²): *The large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso machine, induction hob, etc.) is new and functional.
