One night visit
It was great! We enjoyed meeting the owner and she even showed us around her bakery shop. The staff was nice and welcoming. It was a good location to walk to the hostoric downtown. We liked that they were dog friendly too.

Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable when asking about the area and what to do. Rooms very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was amazing! Definitely recommend staying here. Includes a self tour around the Anchuca House.

Outstanding! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Beautiful mansion with a great history. Wonderful staff, especially Miss Lisa! The breakfast was perfect. We chose to dine in the restaurant for dinner and we were so pleased with our choice. Good presentation and wonderful prepared. We had chicken piccata and mahi with cheese grits. An excellent experience and highly recommended.

This B&D was a charming antebellum. The surroundings gave a traditional 1800’s look and breakfast was wonderful and dinner was delicious. Service was terrific too.

The house from the outside looks really nice. However, I wouldn’t recommend to stay here: - there was a kind of generator right behind our bed which kept us from sleeping - one of the towels was dirty - there was no parking space for us on the property so we had to park on the street - we had to call a number in order to get our hotel room keys, the person on the other side didn’t know that we were coming, which was confusing - you do not have any choice at breakfast - hard for vegetarians

We had a great time. The resturant was closed for dinner on Labor day and the day after. They did provide breakfast both mrnings. The bed was extremely firm in Eliza's king bed room. The mansion was very clean and had all modern conviences. I would recommend to any one that wanted to stay some where historic.

As we mentioned when we received your call at 2:30 a.m. about the toilet flush chain breaking, we would've been happy to fix it in the middle of the night when we recieved the call or first thing in the morning. We're sorry that this offer made you feel like you were bugging us. That definitely was not the case as we always work hard to put the comfort of our guest first! We hope you will stay with us again some day.

The property was very nice. it was a nice time period room and the cafe was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is very limited and not enough room for the number of guests that drive to the property.

If you want to have that antebellum experience, this is the place. Located in Old Vicksburg, the house was surrounded by history and charm. We really enjoyed our stay at Anchuca as the facilities were very nice and the staff outstanding. Highly recommended!

This historic home is beautiful. The room was lovely and the breakfast full and delicious. The grounds are well kept. We walked to the waterfront area and enjoyed the area. This was one of the nicest hotels/B&Bs we have stayed in.

The Anchuca was the most charming and memorable stay we have ever had. Southern Hospitality at its finest. Downtown Vicksburg was an historic pleasure chock full of things to do day and night. THE breakfast is amazing! See y’all next time
