Men heeft hart voor de gasten.
De ligging van het hotel is niet bijzonder, maar dat wordt meer dan goedgemaakt door de klantvriendelijkheid van het hotel. In de namiddag was er gratis hapjes en drankjesbuffet (met wijn, bier, frisdrank en water) voor de gasten. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Je voelde je als gast gewaardeerd.

This place was a disaster from the time we checked in to the time we left. Had I not booked and paid for it on the road to Vicksburg, I would have walked away and found somewhere else. The first room the put is in had a shattered (not broken..SHATTERED) window leading to the outside. I requested a different room and subsequently learned the room #2 had ZERO hot water (after unpacking and settling in), Moved again to room #3 and had no working telephone (safety concern) and no remote for the television, which was an inconvenience and just plain annoying. The smell of smoke was ridiculous for being a non smoking hotel. We begrudgingly stayed through the night but were out at 5am. It was too late when we checked in for me not to waste my money and time on this place but it's not too late for anyone else to save themselves the aggravation. It was HORRIBLE!!.

Liked: NOTHING Disliked: Rude Staff; Gave away the room I reserved and gave us a horrible room that looked like rats ate on the furniture, During the evening it rained and the rain came in through the ceiling (we were on the 1st floor) and through the air conditioner and we had 2 inches of water in the room. We were moved to a room on the 2nd floor and the mattress felt like it had malignant tumors throughout it.

Front desk check in was great A/C was noisy Bed was hard Breakfast was clearly advertised as 6am to 9 am but was absolutely nonexistent at 8am. When staff was asked they rudely replied “ breakfast was over”. When we were ready to check out we could find no one at the desk. We ended up leaving the door key card at the counter and going on our way. We have stayed here twice before but we won’t stay here again

The room was about what you would expect in this price point. Seemed clean but was missing molding to he lamp shades were wonky. The girl at check in (the evening on April 13th) was wonderful. I wish I would have gotten her name, she was so friendly. Breakfast was non existent. They had a bag of bread, waffle mix, and syrup. No napkins, no drinks, no cereal. Not sure if that’s how it normally is, no one told us any different. We felt fine staying here and would stay here again if we were passing through for the price.

This was definitely not one of the better red roof hotels. The woman who checked me in was not very friendly. It took me four rooms before I finally had one. One room had not been cleaned and the handles for the drawers were rusting. The other two she gave me key cards that people were already occupying the room. That made me feel unsafe and not sure if my belongings were going to be OK in the room if I left because if she’s giving me the key to somebody else’s room then what is she doing with my room? Does that mean people can just walk right in to my room and potentially take something? Also, there were no options for breakfast. It was just the waffle there was no fruit, no juices, muffins or anything.

Everything seems to be up to date and modern. Beds and pillows were comfy. I did feel that it could be a wee bit cleaner… around light fixtures… faucet heads(BTW I am a professional cleaner so I may notice more than most) but it was not as bad as some others described. The sink was leaking underneath. Those two things are the only reason I have it a four star instead of five. The parking lot was well lit. I took my dog with me and felt safe walking him at night. Overall experience… this was the nicest red roof I have stayed at. And would stay again if ever back in the area.

Mattress feels wornout as springs seem to be poking thru, toilet would not flush, no soap, no trash can in bathroom, all metal finishes are rusty and corroded. Breakfast bar had waffles but no plates, coffee bar had cream but no sugar. Not to mention while the hotle employee was stocking breakfast bar she was just complaining the whole time, flinging boxes, complaining the entire time pushing past customers to continue what she was doing with out so much as an excuse me. Hotel advertises 100% smoke free while the whole place smells like a pretty heavy smoke out session is in affect- heavy weed aroma thru out. When I told front desk the toilet was not working she barked at me to "tell her over there" and pointed around the corner. Someone spent some money buying all new decor and furniture but its like putting lipstick on a pig, its still a pig or a rundown unmaintained hotel.

My sheets and bedding were dirty and the other bed had some dirty items, I made a okay bed with items from both beds. I did check for bedbugs and there was none. There was only enough towels for myself and not my husband. The air conditioner was okay but could have been cooler. This stay just reminded me why I don’t stay at Red Roofs.

FIne. if you arent high brow.
Our stay was fine. The only real issue was there was a leak under the floor when you came in and into the bathroom. Well water seeped up through the floor when you stepped on it. They offered to move us but we didnt want to move as we had a special needs person with us and we werent there that long. Other than that our stay was pleasant.
