Great hotel but does not have advertised hot tub
Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options. My only disappointment was the hot tub that is advertised is not one. It is a pool with no heater and was empty when we arrived, which is frustrating as this is the main reason we chose this hotel. My wife and I wanted to enjoy the ocean view with a glass of wine in the hot tub but couldn't

The entire staff at Domo20 in Vico Equence was attentive, kind and often made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would strongly recommend taking their advice on how to arrive at the hotel by car — google maps will not help. The hotel is located close to the train/bus station from which you can do day-trips to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento — Napoli, Pompeii …etc.

Beautiful view from terrace. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Friendly and efficient servers at breakfast. Good breakfast. Only slight negative was a noisy group of foreigners that seemed oblivious to other visitors (not the fault at all of the hotel but was a bit annoying nonetheless).

it was a bit far from the city but they have a driver drive you to the city whenever you want which was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are really friendly too.

This hotel claims on Expedia as 5 Star but it is no more than 3 stars. Rooms super basic don’t even have trash bin in room. Bathrooms are designed awfully. Expedia should remove it from their website. Poorly hotel. Only good part was rooftop bar that too only bar not even their restaurant, we ate there the day we reached and they didn’t have basic things like onion to put in pasta

Absolutely loved the hotel and stay. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of tourists and the city. We loved the staff, very family oriented and welcoming and willing to help out schedule all excursions and transportation. 30 minutes away from all tourist attractions and honestly an overall great spot.

Great property with great staff. Loved every minute of it. We used it as a central point between Naples and Amalfi which was a good call. The only issue is most of Amalfi is crushed with traffic because of local regulations so getting to other cities took hours. The easiest thing would be to use ferries to visit towns along the peninsula. This hotel is also situated close to SOFRW to making ferry access super easy.

We stay in a lot of hotels, and after a while they all become the same but not here. The hotel itself is modern, very clean but what makes this hotel exceptional is their customer service. It’s beyond amazing. The staff all of them are helpful, always happy to assist and super friendly and polite.

Basic hotel with nice views.
The room was adequate and very clean with a nice view. The roof top restaurant has a beautiful view, perfect for a cocktail. The restaurant menu is limited but the food was good.

Wonderful stay!
Our original plan was to stay at Domo20 for 1 night, my wife and I loved it so much we extended twice to total of 4 nights. The hotel is on the top of a mountain, and has a nice roof top bar. The room is a little small for American standard but very clean and comfortable. We rented a car, it was easy to find a parking space at the hotel, but you need to be extra careful when driving in Italy, roads/streets are much narrower. The front desk staff were excellent, they went above and beyond to give us useful tips on how to get around and they made us felt at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Domo20 for the wonderful stay!

Jättefräscht hotell, mycket bra frukost och trevlig personal. Takterrassen var trevlig med bra utsikt. Det enda som var negativt var att hotellet erbjöd vatten men det framgick inte att det kostade extra eller vad det kostade.

This is a family owned hotel with the owners and their children on site making sure all your needs are met. Very clean and new hotel with a great restaurant. The restaurant serves mostly seafood, but I told them that I was a vegetarian and the chef created a separate vegetarian menu for me and the food was delicious. Also, the view from the rooftop restaurant, lounge and jacuzzi was incredible. Staff was amazing. So much better than the larger chain hotels that I typically stay at. Highly recommend!

What a amazing place to stay at. Should be rated as a 5 start not a 3 star. Beautiful view from the room and roof terrace. Amazing staff and the restaurant has the best food in the whole Sorrento area. We loved this hotel.

Eccellente esperienza
Viaggio in famiglia, abbiamo soggiornato due notti a luglio. Struttura nuova e pulita, il personale estremamente cortese e attento, Abbiamo apprezzato la terrazza panoramica molto bella sulla quale prendere l'aperitivo e godersi il tramonto vista mare, il garage, la colazione e la possibilitá di raggiungere a piedi il centro di Vico Equense in pochi minuti a piedi.

Domo 20 is a fabulous, new, bright and vibrant hotel. Close walk to the city Centre and train to Sorrento. We stayed as a family of 5 in the family room and it was fantastic for space and comfort. There was a huge king size bed and 3 separate single beds. There were no coffee facilities etc, but we had our meals and coffee at the hotel. We enjoyed the sunset bar view in the evening. The hotel staff were delightful, especially the main lobby staff. The hotel was quite, and clean. Great for family and couples!
