For guests travelling by car, a private garage can be reserved for €20 per day, offering a practical and secure parking solution given the property's central location. Alternatively, both free and paid public parking spaces are available nearby, although availability may vary, particularly during busy periods. Thanks to the proximity of the railway station and essential services, a car is not necessary to enjoy the stay or explore the surrounding area.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the living room, two double bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms and furnished private terrace. The property is located on the first floor of a quiet residential building with a lift.



Check-in takes place in person at the property. A member of our staff will welcome you upon arrival, accompany you into the apartment and provide all the information needed to start your stay comfortably. Your arrival time must be arranged in advance: you will be contacted privately in the days leading up to your stay to organise all the check-in details.



Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM to allow sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests. For arrivals outside standard hours, late check-in can be arranged for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM.



Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identity document for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law.



A local tourist tax also applies from April to October, subject to any updates to municipal regulations, and must be paid in cash upon arrival. In the municipality of Vico Equense, the tax is €3 per person per night, with minors exempt. This contribution supports the protection and enhancement of the local area.
