This two-story home comfortably accommodates your group with five bedrooms and four bathrooms:
Main Level Master: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Main Level Bedroom 2: King bed with a full bathroom located across the hall.
Upstairs Bedroom 3: King bed.
Upstairs Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a twin bunk bed.
Upstairs Bedroom 5: Bunk room with four twin bunks.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and property. Your access includes:
The entire 2-story house.
The outdoor hot tub and 4.3 private acres.
Two dedicated parking spaces in the garage.
Two EV charging outlets in the garage.
A winter gear heater for boots and gloves.
Five private ski lockers for your equipment.
We value your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are always available via phone or the messaging app should you have any questions or need assistance.
To enhance your stay, the home is equipped with modern amenities:
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, perfect for streaming or remote work.
A networked Sonos speaker system allows you to enjoy your favorite music in any room.

We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer a full refund of bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the reservation. Bookings canceled at least 7 days of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
For stays of 29 nights or more, an additional insurance fee will apply.
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.

Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am unless otherwise specified.
