'Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!'

'I loved my stay. I only spent 2 nights but the room was spacious and clean. Beautiful pool area with dining. Staff where incredibly welcoming. I would stay again. Only one point is if I could rate the meals it would probably be about a 3/5. Not a great variety and didn't feel the preparation of the meal keeps up with everything else about the lodge.'

'The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful.'

'What a great find! It is a gated home with nice grounds and a pool. The beds were very comfortable and came with mosquito netting which was nice but not needed. The breakfasts were nice out on the patio. The upstairs honor bar was a nice place to hang out. Housekeeping did an amazing job as they neatly folded my clothes and hung up my shirts. I was embarrassed that they took it upon themselves to pick up after me. If you need a taxi service Jamel Safaris and taxis was very good. We used it...

'Great lodge. Clean. Well located. Only bad thing was the internet had a weak signal on apartment number 1. The rest was great'

'Great room but expensive. There is no pool to the Safari Club. Next door Safari Hotel has a small pool with small deck. For a hotel at this (price) level, a pool should be a must. The complimentary happy hour, and high tea are a fun little extra. We stayed 3 nights but I believe 2 is enough to see the Victoria Falls and some wildlife.'

'The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!'

'Location was fantastic breakfast was lovely staff went over and above to make our stay wonderful cheers'

'Just outside the main town area, small and quiet, but close to everything. Staff were super kind and helpful. Local transport for only $5 per ride. Appreciated they weren't pushing sales. Very comfy bed and pillows!'

'This property was absolutely stunning and delivered beyond our expectations. The rooms were very clean and linen was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the Vic Falls area. They assisted with recommendations on activities that fit our schedule and were very proactive in ensuring we knew when we would be picked up for these excursions. The breakfast was good and full of flavour! They also assisted in decorating the room we stayed in for a special occasion! It...

'Great place to stay. Helpful staff. Fantastic Boma drum show. Great to see animals at the waterhole while having breakfast. Easy access to town and Botswana game tours. Top marks.'

'Lovely peaceful resort with friendly staff and on site restaurant. Need taxis to get around though and a little out of town centre.'
