We are a family of 4 working professionals that live upstairs. You will hear footsteps upstairs but we are very respectful when we have guests.

There is a beautiful view of the valley and sunrise from the patio and living room. At night you can see glimpses of the lights from downtown Victoria. There is also a propane fire table and an outdoor couch for the use of suite guests.

Kitchen**
Coffee Bar - Includes Drip Coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Machine, small manual espresso maker, tea kettle and pot. Keurig coffee pods, black and flavoured tea, hot chocolate, white sugar, splenda, stivia, French Vanilla creamer, coffee filters

Full sized fridge, oven and dishwasher.

Dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, dish clothes and tea towels.

Dishes - Large and small plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, drinking glasses, serving dishes, plastic dishware for children. Pots, pans and large/small bowls and utensils.

Bathroom**
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and brushes, spare women's products, hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels and face clothes.

Bedroom**
2 luxury robes for hot tub. Disposable bathroom slippers, spare linens in closet and blankets and sheets on master bed.

Laundry**
Full sized washer and dryer. Laundry soap is included.

Outdoor**
Fire pit, lounge chair, table and 2 chairs, hot tub with bluetooth speakers, fountain and lights. View of mountains and valley.

Electric bikes**
We have 2 electric bikes that can be rented. $150 per day for both. Sizes are for 1 man and 1 woman. Also have 2 child seats that can be put on the back.

Beautiful home with stunning views

What a beautiful home! It is perfect for a vacation near Victoria. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. All the amenities you need are present. Spotlessly clean and a good bed. The yacuzzi is a big plus and the small but private garden was nice to relax after a day of sightseeing. Contact with Tanya was perfect, she is very friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay here! The accommodations were clean and very well maintained. All the furniture was comfy including the bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prep YOUR OWN food while stay. The hot tub was GREAT! Also well maintained and very clean. The location was great. Access to Victoria was very easy. Our commute into town was only 10 extra mins during rush hour. Completely worth it to stay in this beautiful spot. We would also stay here again!

Spring Week in Victoria

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. We golfed, hiked and visited downtown Victoria. The unit was perfect as a base for our stay. The hot tub was especially nice to use every evening after our days activities.

Stunning

We regretfully only stayed one night! What a beautiful spot to call home tho. Yes the parking spot is tight but there is parking in the keyhole culdesac it is located in - where a larger vehicle could have parked. Walking up to the door we were impressed and then we walked in and it is such a beautiful and welcoming suite. Everything & anything is there for you, it truly is like walking into home. Sweet place to stay near Vicztoria

We really had a wonderful time on Vancouver island and this was a perfect home base for our visit. It was so nice and clean with a full kitchen. Quiet spot for coffee in the morning outside and the hot tub to soak in after a day exploring. About 30 minutes from Victoria it was nice to be away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to get to the city.

Super new and meticulously clean basement suite with personal hot tub. It was a short drive to the Esquimalt lagoon and bird sanctuary and royal roads university and about 20 mins downtown.
