The staff are wonderful - incredibly helpful and kind! The property itself, however, I was less thrilled with. The hotel seemed to be half empty and yet when we checked in, we were given an outdated room on the lowest floor without a balcony, facing the entry way with high noise transfer. Surely there was another, somewhat similar room we could have stayed in on a different floor.

Dear Jillian, We were operating with only one floor for a while, which was situated on the lowest level, as the other floors were closed for renovation during your stay period. However, we are beginning to emerge from this phase and have now reopened two of our floors on the higher levels to provide our guests with an enhanced experience.

Not bad . Just we go 12/31 and we go hotel restaurant. An Asian man in glasses came out and said it was a 1person $130 special dinner, and the way he talked was so dismissive. Can you eat it? That kind of feeling? I felt bad, but I just put up with it because it was the 31, so I thought it was too expensive, so I just went to a different restaurant .!

The staff were so great! Super friendly and answered all our questions. We had booked a room with two double beds as that was cheaper than one queen, but when I asked about the price difference at reception they just moved us to a room with a king. Really enjoyed our stay.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful all the staff was. I was there for 4 nights for a working conference type event. Unfortunately our meeting rooms shared the same floor as the pool and fitness room and as such there was pretty loud rock music coming from the speakers outside the room that was pretty distracting. The only other area they could really improve is their in room entertainment. It was a very clunky menu on the tv and the channel selections were pretty sparse. Pretty much all to offer was news, sports and reality tv. Most hotels now of days offer the option to log into your streaming services which would have been nice. Overall a nice stay and a clean quiet hotel with excellent staff

It was in a nice quiet location with lots of places to go walking around and close to the downtown but not right in there where it's noisy. I think the parking was a bit expensive though. We always stay here when we come over from Burnaby.
