'Had a horrible experience.From having to sleep out first night cos of too much mosquitoes in the room and they couldn’t find the guy with insecticides to television not working till the last night and the hot water not coming out.Also ruined the suprise package I requested even before coming to the country.Highly disappointed and won’t make the mistake of coming back here!!!!!'

'The staff were friendly, listened and responded quickly to concerns. The staff ability to quickly respond to concerns was the highlight of my stay here. However, the hotel needs to do more with their options for breakfast. The idea that your reservation is paid for as 2 persons - your breakfast should also be for two persons and not with the option of the second person paying.'
