'The room and the parts of the hotel were very clean The staff were very helpful. This is something that I have noticed during my previous 7-9 stays here. The hotel is very secure. The breakfast and the restaurant staff in Eko Signature were excellent and this is one of the reasons that I keep on staying there. It is a very well run hotel.'

'Zero stars. This was one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived after a long flight from Toronto only to be told there was no room available. I was left waiting in the lobby for hours while staff scrambled to “find” a room. The room they eventually showed me had no running water, no Wi-Fi, a power outage, and more than 14 live bugs crawling on the bed — all witnessed by the manager and room attendant. I was forced to leave and pay for another...

'I really enjoyed my time at Bluerock. I was given a free upgrade when I expressed dissatisfaction with my room up on check-in and the new room was perfect. I'm a big stickler for smell and hygiene when it comes to accommodation and Blue Rock knocked it out of the park'
