'The hotel is in an incredible location overlooking the lake, great pool and wet/ dry sauna. The breakfast was exceptional and tye staff were lovely - in particular, Megan (reception) and Tomas (restaurant) - they are great ambassadors for your hotel, friendly/ dedicated and professional. 'This hotel is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend against staying here. The property is not maintained, the rooms look like trashy motel rooms. The food options for breakfast are low quality and limited, the service is beyond terrible. We lost money on our booking because we stayed one night and had to leave. It was gross, save your money. There are tons of better options. '
