'We had a great stay, and you are very responsive to my calls, thank you. Here's a list of issues you may want to address:1. One dining rm. chair needs gluing up, incl. the arm easily falls off.2. Cabinet under sink is always humid, mold smell.3. There is only one table knife (I found it in a downstairs closet). 4. All the outlets are super loose. Phone and computer chargers fall right out. Had to prop them up with a stick. I recommend getting new ones, as there's no way to tighten them. 5....

'We stayed for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. The condo is quite lovely, with a perfect balance of rustic wood and forest/lake decor to remind you that you're in the mountains, with modern spaces that provide great comfort. While we had a couple of hiccups with the reservation and check in process, response to our emails and phone call was always fast and the issues resolved quickly. We definitely would stay here in the future and are actually eyeing a stay in the spring.'
