'Geen VIP-voordelen ontvangen. Kwamen binnen in een warme bedompte kamer. Bedden waren goed, maar de matrassen wel erg gedateerd (en ook vies, kamer 239). Parking prima en veilig. Ontbijt simpel, maar voldoende voor een gratis ontbijt. Airco ging aan en uit en ook de snelheid van de fan was niet te bedienen. Gordijnen gescheurd. 'Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff is very friendly. The styling is exactly to my taste ('minimalistic-chique'). Only stayed there for one night for business; may go there again. The only drawback is the insanely expensive overnight parking fees ($40 for Minneapolis is on the steep side) and additional fees for rooftop bar and pool ($25) are a bit much for hotel guests. '
