Dear Anonymous guest, I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, however let me briefly explain the overall payment procedure. No matter how long is your stay, no matter how many travellers are arriving, no matter in what condition you leave the Apartment - we charge the EUR 35 cleaning fee. As mentioned on all the booking platforms we are entitled to make a withdrawal from the mentioned credit card any convenient time 7 days prior to the arrival of the guest (incl. the cleaning fee since its a mandatory payment). You were not an exclusion, thus my colleagues charged the full amount using the credit card mentioned on the web page prior to your arrival. We prepared 2 copies of the invoice and a simple registration form. Hope on your understanding and wish you a lovely day!

Dear Ms. Rosado, let me kindly thank you for the feedback and your personal opinion. It's fair and I respect it. Unfortunately exactly at the time of your arrival we were carrying out renovation works. The construction company was indeed slow in their work and delayed the whole process for about 2 weeks. As a result, instead of a few days, it took much longer and I can naturally understand your dissatisfaction in this regard. Once again I beg your pardon for the fact that the common areas inside the House was full of dust and covered with a special fabric. I'll personally check all the restrooms. So far haven't got bad reviews in this regard, while we're always particularly control these areas no matter if its mold on silicone seams, toilet/sink/bath condition or or overall smell. We did our best ;) I'll re-check the state of all radiators in the Apartments. We set up a new clever technology and automatic thermostat in all the flats. At the moment the temperature maintains always at the same level +22.5 As soon as the guest checks out the temperature falls down to +19 degrees.
