Erg fijn hotel kamer was prima en badkamer was mooi. Helaas werd er niet bij het inchecken gevraagd of je een kluisje wau voor 10 euro borg, dit vond ik erg jammer ondst ze weten dat je tog met andere mensen op de kamer zit

Goed en snel geholpen. Uitchecken duurde minder dan 10 seconden. Ideaal voor 1 nacht. Let wel op; neem handdoeken mee, die zijn alleen te koop voor 7 euro. Er is een bagage opslag in het hostel dus we konden daar onze bagage al neerzitten om 9 uur.

Fijn verblijf met korte afstand naar het centrum.
Het is een prettig verblijf met een fijne douche. Er is ook shampoo en douchegel aanwezig. Het matras lag lekker maar het kussen was mij persoonlijk iets te zacht. De wifi werkte helaas niet op de kamer maar wel bij de receptie.

Dicht bij winkels en horeca en metro. Best ver vanaf het oude centrum. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de city bike en moesten best ver lopen voor het eerste leenpunt

lang weekend in Wenen met 3 vrienden
We waren met 4 man voor een lang weekend in Wenen voor een evenement, eigenlijk was het enige waar we naar op zoek waren een plek waar we onze spullen kwijt konden en konden slapen, meer hadden we niet nodig. het hostel ligt vlakbij een metrostation en bushalte (neem een OV Pas voor 48 uur of 72 uur off ya go!) We kwamen binnen en moesten even wachten, het wachten duurde even, dat had meer te maken met de onmogelijke vragen van de persoon voor ons dan met het personeel dat erg vlot werkte voor ons! we kregen ons beddengoed mee en gingen naar de kamer. de kamer was netjes en schoon, hetzelfde gelde voor de badkamer. de bedden waren erg comfortabel! de matrassen waren stevig maar erg prettig. ik zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Overall a good experience. My doubt was if the people are screened based on their nationality. Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi/Similar people are accommodated in same rooms. It should be deliberate. Can't be that much of a coincidence. Moreover, it was interesting that no towels were provided.

The property is very inconvenient as when we needed to ask the staff to keep heating our food in the microwave as only the staff only had access to the microwave and sink whereas in order hostels they left it open for guests to use

Horrible experiencia, peor alojamiento
El peor alojamiento en el que nos hemos quedado. Solo al llegar, la atención del personal es malísima, muy poco atentos y con bajo nivel de inglés, lo que complicaba la comunicación. Luego, al llegar a la zona de habitaciones había un olor a humedad, como si limpiaran con trapos sucios, que realmente daba náuseas. La habitación era básica, sin más, a la que, por cierto, no llegaba el Wi-Fi. Y como si eso no fuera suficiente, queda a casi 50 min del centro de Viena, en un barrio malísimo. Solo aguantamos una noche y tuvimos que salir arrancando de allí. En resumen, horrible experiencia.

I literally fell asleep in the lobby because they wouldn’t let me check in early, i offered to pay a fee & they kept saying no. The room was ready, just not their policy to let me in early. There was like 5-6 of us in the lobby just waiting for 15:00.

For the price it’s what you’d expect, communal areas are decent the vibe is very much boring though. If you’re a solo travel and expect to meet others I wouldn’t recommend this one since there are no incentive to socialize with others. Also lots of older guys (kinda uncomfortable for younger solo female travellers).

Good place. Clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Quiet place. Individual plug. PS: The locker is high, but thin and did not fit my luggage. They have their own key (you dont need a padlock) that can be loaned with a small deposit. Recommandation: Implove the privacy of each bed installing some kind of curtain.

Die Lage war zentral, wenige Minuten mit der U-Bahn von der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Hostel war sehr sauber, genauso wie das Zimmer. Die Lockers waren gross genud. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich und klar mit den Einrichtunugen.

My stay was okay, but the service wasn't so great. A man checked me into my room and i didn't really understand that there was a deposit for the locker. I got into my room and went back to the receptionist. He just asked me, "Oh, you're still staying here?" I just said, "Yes, why wouldn't I?" I asked about the locker fee again and he said there was a deposit. I returned to my room and my locker key number did not match my bed key number. I returned again to the receptionist and stated this and he said the locker room key number do not always match the bed number. The place was okay to stay in, but rude service.
