Thank you for your recent stay in our home. Currently one has the impression that Vienna is a total construction site - renovations, restorations and excavations are being carried out everywhere. The owner of our building also decided to renew the facade at short notice. We look at this with a smile in one eye and a tear in the other - we are of course looking forward to when the renovation of the entire house is finished … but until then we unfortunately have to be patient and make the best of the situation. We as your hosts were doing our utmost to make you forget about the external circumstances and to ensure you a wonderful stay in our hotel. We really regret that there is construction work in the area, we thank you for your understanding and hope to welcome you again to convince you of our wonderful view!

Grazie per la vostra recensione, che è molto importante migliorare costantemente. Siamo felice che tu ti sia sentito bene nella nostra casa e ha evidenziato la posizione centralissima. Siamo un piccola hotel in un edificio storico, che ci obbliga ad obbedire alla protezione dei monumenti antichi. In origine era la casa di una famiglia nobiliare viennese con molte stanze diverse. Siamo un po’ orgogliosi di trasmettere un atmosfera della cosiness e fascino della vecchia Vienna. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno e pulizia è ovvio per noi. Gli errori non dovrebbero, ma purtroppo possono accadere. Se si tratta di incongruenze, ci scusiamo! Speriamo di darti il benvenuto di nuovo a casa nostra e di convincerti di un punteggio di 10/10!

Every review is important to improve constantly. Thank you for highlighting the lovely location in the heart of the city centre with much character and the very nice breakfast. Already with your booking you could see that we are not a new built hotel that can be anywhere in the world - we love the flair of ancient times (by the way also Rick Steve’s guests are praising this feeling of Good Old Vienna) and in our home we try to combine the atmosphere of a noble Viennese building in Art Nouveau with the amenities of modern times. The fotos are real pictures made 2023 and correspond to what you can see in our hotel. We're sorry that your recent stay at Nossek‘s didn't meet all your expectations. Your feedback regarding the service and room facilities are of concern to us. Our aim is to provide a wonderful service in a comfortable setting during your visit. Please rest assured that we continually strive to maintain a high standard of hospitality. Each review let us think about the reason for the critic and we are doing our utmost to improve constantly. Sorry to read such rude and disappointed words about your stay in our hotel. We regret that we obviously couldn’t meet your expectations of the seize of your single room, but the configuration and the facilities correspond with the information given in advance with your online-booking. Actually it is a small, but comfortable room that offers everything you need for a wonderful stay in beautiful Vienna. We never asserted to offer a safe in the room, but you can leave your articles of value in the safe at the reception. You could take advantage of a central location in the heart of Vienna, of an excellent breakfast and of a most friendly and helpful staff - and we had the impression you appreciated all our insider-tips to explore the city. We are a small family ruled boutique-hotel in a historical building and not a hotel that looks like everywhere in the world. Our art-nouveau interior suites to this flair of good-old-Vienna, is comfortable and fulfills all standards - and we are proud of the ancient flair. We are special and our aim is always to satisfy our guests, to find solutions for their concerns and to make them feel at home. Friendliness and competence are our special assets. Sorry that our smile and hospitality didn’t reach you.

Of course we have heating in the rooms - next time please don’t hesitate to ask our staff to explain you the utilisation (actually it is simply an on/off-button on a device). We apologise for the inconvenience with the Wifi for business-use - unfortunately it is not so easy to provide a stable internet in a historic building. On the one hand the waves have to cross thick walls for many users, who are surfing simultaneously and on the other hand the city authorities still have to decide to construct light-wave cables to get a faster internet, but it will take a while until they are setting them in in our street. We hope to get the opportunity to welcome you again!

Each review let us think about the respective stay and what lies behind the critic, so that we are able to react immediately and to improve constantly. What a strange review - might it be possible that you are reporting from another hotel? If you have been in our hotel, you would have noticed that the Wifi is working and that NO shower is broken! And if you had been in our home and there had been problems, why wouldn’t you have talked to us directly on the spot? For us it seems very strange that Expedia doesn’t follow the EU-laws, appropriate it is forbidden to state anonymous reviews! In our perception, we never met, you didn’t see our beautiful hotel in the middle of historic Vienna and you didn’t stay in the cozy Art-Nouveau-rooms. We therefore regret that someone has the right to judge us without having visited us ...
