Net hotel, fijne kamers, schoon. Minpunt is het uitgebreid ‘aanmelden’ voor free wifi, en het belachelijk dure ontbijt wanneer je dat ter plaatse bij wilt boeken. Voor 4 personen 28 euro per persoon per dag. Dure koffie die niet op het terras wordt geserveerd. Tip; er is ook gratis koffie in de lobby die je mee kan nemen in een cup.

Hotel has the standard one would expect for this price level, very friendly staff and excellent location in walking distance towards almost every location while have a subway station one minute away.

Prachtig hotel met goede ligging en super service.
Goede ligging, uitstekende service, prachtige kamers, alleen het matras was voor ons veel te hard. Je kan te voet naar heel wat bijzondere plekken in Wenen en zo zie je ook mooie omgevingen. Wenen zelf was ons ding niet.

Lovely hotel rooms very comfortable, breakfast delicious & plentiful & with Prosecco all included. Staff on reception so helpful & found us somewhere to watch the Liverpool FC match, printed the directions, told us how to get there which was 6 mins walk, rang ahead for us booking a table. Fantastic service.

What a gem. Smaller boutique hotel.l. Corner rooms are amazing. Rooms quiet with zero noise leaks from your neighbours. Small and very comfortable bar. One of the best hotels have ever stayed at! "This is truly the worst service hotel. The room cleaning was poor, and the breakfast restaurant was the worst. When we ordered breakfast, they delivered it to the wrong place. When we told them it was our order, they denied it. We received our ordered breakfast 40 minutes later. When I tried to make a complaint at the reception, they ignored me, saying they couldn't understand my pronunciation. I even showed them the word 'complaint,' but they just ignored it. I never received a proper apology. When I sent an email complaint, they apologized, but the staff who caused the problem never apologized when they saw us. It is a hotel with the worst service. I don't think I will ever go to a Hilton again."

Great Hilton right downtown
Vienna was pretty cold while we were there. We were there for medical reasons so we spent most of our time in our room. We were upgraded too large suite with icing room, bedroom sitting area and large bath with tower and bathtub. Service was excellent. Everyone was so accommodating. Beds and pillows were excellent! Will go back again. definitely recommend.
