Unser Haus verfüg über 7 Zimmerkategorien, von welchen die von Ihnen gebuchte (Klassik) die niedrigste darstellt - die Zimmer dieser Kategorie sind in Punkto Größe daher dementsprechend limitiert (was auf unserer Homepage, sowie den Buchungsplattformen auch so vermerkt ist). Unser Rezeptionspersonal hat auf Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich Zimmergröße prompt reagiert und Ihnen einen Zimmerwechsel auf ein größeres Zimmer in einer höheren Kategorie ermöglicht, Ihnen somit ein kostenloses Upgrade realisiert.Es tut mir leid, dass es im ursprünglich zugeteilten Zimmer offenbar technische Probleme, bzw. solche mit der Zimmerreinigung gab und ich möchte mich für die hierdurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen - Ihr diesbezügliches Feedback wurde an unsere Direktion weitergeleitet. Leider wurde unser Rezeptionspersonal während Ihres Aufenthalts zwar von der Unzufriedenheit bezüglich Zimmergröße, jedoch nicht über jene, bezüglich der von Ihnen erwähnten Punkte in Kenntnis gesetzt - andernfalls hätten wir hier selbstverständlich umgehend reagiert und diesbezügliche Schritte eingeleitet.
