Helaas werkte de airco niet. De medewerker was ongeïnteresseerd en zei dat het de volgende dag gemaakt zou worden. Dan waren we alweer weg…. Ook werd niet verteld hoe het parkeren werkte. We aten in het restaurant van het hotel, het eten was ronduit vies. Slecht gekookte diepvriesgroente en weinig keus van een burger, smaakloos, kleurloos en fantasieloos. Wel vriendelijke bediening in het restaurant. Om nooit meer naar terug te gaan.

Zeer aangenaam hotel.
Een fijne hotel met nette kamers, die mooi schoon en nieuw waren. Het hotel ligt een rustige omgeving, geen geluidsoverlast van verkeer of dergelijke. Het centrum ligt op 6 km afstand. Het hotel is prima te bereiken met de metro (U3). De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima!

Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Wenen
Groot hotel, erg warm in de algemene ruimten. Geen mogelijkheid koffie thee op de maker. Traag personeel in de bar/lounge. Voldoende ruimte overal, kamer was netjes, ontbijt was prima net als diner buffet. Parkeer ruimte onder het hotel, maar ook goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

There was constant maintenance occurring during my stay. This isn't necessarily bad. However, it started between 7 and 730 am everyday and was quite noisy. Sleeping in is definitely not an option. Staff are hit and miss, a few friendly and a few apparently disinterested. I give top marks for the breakfast. Very good. Also, convenient walk of only 250m or so to the Enkplatz Metro stop. Immediate area has nothing much to offer but some useful supermarkets. It gave the impression of a fairly safe, semi-urban location.

we booked at expedia for 2 adults and a 17 year old child. At the counter arrived only the booking for 2 Adults. The personal was very polite and helpful. But I assume due to the mistake from expedia we got a smaller room which was still ok for the stay because we only needed it for the night. But the fault in the data transfer shout not happen. Still the Hotel is super, so we had a very pleasant stay even with the small room. I can recommend, a good base for exploring Vienna, will book again

Stayed overnight en route to southern Austria after a night flight into VIE. Hotel served the purpose of a cost effective, clean overnight stop. Breakfast selection was substantial with a large restaurant. Would stay again.

Péssimo. Sujo. Fétido. Antipatia geral de todos, cidade imunda, bairro do hotel não tem nada aberto após as 18h. Não existe vaga na rua disponível. Taxistas nada amigaveis e extremamente fedidos. Para coroar, hotel sujo, roupa de cama e banheiro tinha pelo de outros hospedes, nao funcionava tv, nem wifi, a opera que resolvi assistir no musikverein, foi pega turista trouxa, ridiculo, horrivel. Era para ficar 3 dias em Viena, fiquei 9 horas e corri de lá.

Hotel schon etwas angewohnt, Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig. Haben bei der Anreise wegen Flecken nach neuen Laken gefragt und leider bis zur Abreise keine neuen bekommen. Lage gut, mit den Öffis erreichbar, man ist ohne Umsteigen mit der Bahn fix in der Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

The staff was nice and friendly although they seemed overwhelmed. There is a few things that can be improved on like locating the entrance to the lobby / building it was not on the Main Street , therefore, a sign saying enter here would have been great. We actually drove around the block looking for the entrance. The ac didn’t work like we wanted; the room was hot. We didn’t have a card to access our room once we got off the elevator so someone had to let us in.

Good hotel in a good location, friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms. Can’t complain about anything! :-) The only thing I noted was that the parking garage under the hotel had rather small parking spots.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Overall the hotel is very convenient. You could get to the city center by subway or by bus. The room is clean and the hotel has good breakfast. But the room is kind of small for 4 people. It is ok to us as we only stay there for one night.

The night Auditor on 8/27/23 - 8/28/23, is an amazing compassionate man, who helped 5 weary travelers who were abandoned in Vienna by Lufthansa to find a place to sleep for the night. Without him our night would have been completely disastrous. We are so grateful for him and for JUFA! THANK YOU!
