Der Aufenthalt kam wegen Buchungschaos nicht zustande. Keine Bestätigung kam an. Dann die Absage am Anreisetag ein zu checken. Statt auf Mails von mir zu reagieren 3 Tage vor Reise Mailanfrsge, wann ich nun käme. Anzahlung auch noch einbehalten. Dilletantismus pur.

Nah an der Straßenbahnlinie 1 (Laurenzplatu) erreicht man schnell die Oper / Karlsplatz. Kein Straßenlärm, da im Hinterhof gelegen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Aurions aimé avoir plus de serviettes, et aussi des linges de table, pour pouvoir nettoyer les comptoirs de cuisine et la table après les repas. Et aussi des linges pour entretenir la salle de bain. Aurions aimé avoir un minimum de produits alimentaire de base comme du sel, du poivre, huile, un peu de café, des mouchoirs et quelques rouleaux de papier de toilette de plus.

Wir sind Montagmittags angereist und am gleichen Abend wieder abgereist. Es ging gar nicht. Was gut war, das wir keine Probleme hatten mit dem Storno und unser Geld sofort wieder zurück bekommen haben. Wir sind dann in einem Hotel unter gekommen und konnten Wien doch noch genießen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es hat alles gut geklappt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die Tiefgarage in der Nähe für 65,00 Euro die Woche empfehlenswert.Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, aber zu zwei Personen ist ein Einsitzer plus einem Stuhl zum Fernsehschauen ziemlich unbequem, es ist genug Platz für einen Zweisitzer vorhanden.Küche und Bad auch o.k.,alles sehr sauber.Der Empfang sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Megan m'avait demandé par mail à quelle heure on arrivait à l'aéroport. Jusque là pas de problèmes de communication. Elle m'avait indiqué le moyen de transport à prendre. (J'ai gardé nos mails de correspondance). Je lui avait répondu qu'on arrivait à 15h35 à l'aéroport. Bon il faut du temps avec train et bus et on était vers 17h à l'adresse indiquée. En sonnant à la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, personne n'ouvre la porte en bas. J'ai appelé Megan au seul numéro de téléphone qu'elle m'avait donné et je tombe sur son répondeur. J'ai téléphoné 18x, mon smartphone est témoin, et entre temps, un habitant de l'immeuble nous a fait rentrer et nous a indiqué l'appartement. Mais même résultat, personne n'ouvre la porte. Vers 19h, on était découragé, il faisait nuit et pas un temps très agréable, pas de courses alimentaires pour le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner. Une ville qu'on ne connaissait pas et pas d'idée où trouver une chambre d'hôtel : cauchemar ! Et juste enfin Megan qui repond pas très aimable pourquoi on n'avait pas téléphoné au 2ème numéro de téléphone et ne sachant pas quoi répondre quand j'ai dit qu'elle ne m'avait donné qu'un seul numéro de téléphone. Une femme était enfin en route qui est arrivée à 19h15. Je lui ai montré le mail de Megan avec juste un seul numéro de téléphone. Elle s'est plusieurs fois excusée en disant que Megan avait un souci de santé dans sa famille. Dans ce cas, on peut parfaitement comprendre qu'elle n'a pas pu se déplacer mais malheureusement elle nous avait oublié et n'ayant pas donné le 2ème numéro de téléphone, pas moyen de contacter une autre personne. Puis pendant tout notre séjour d'une semaine, elle n'a pas envoyé un mot d'excuse ayant pourtant mon numéro de téléphone et étant sur Whatsapp. Nous ne pouvons donc pas donner une bonne impression pour notre séjour à Vienne.

Acogedor y tranquilo
El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotografías, es pequeño pero acogedor. Nos sorprendió no encontrar una puerta entre la cocina y el salón, ya que sería útil para evitar que salgan olores de la cocina. En el Check-In no pudo venir la propietaria y vino la encargada, que no hablaba inglés y nos fue difícil comunicarnos con ella.

Perfekte Wohnung für die individuelle Erkundung Wien
Super Lage nicht weit von Karlsplatz (4 Haltestellen) mit der Straßenbahn. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr ruhig zum grünen Innenhof leider ohne Balkon. In der Nähe (300 Meter) ein österreischer "Aldi" - Hofer mit dem Backshop. Perfect für die Selbstversorger. Wien ist so was von schön, dass man alles durch Rosabrille sieht, aber die Wohnung war richtig gut.

Esta algo alejado del centro, pero con buena conexión de transporte público. Muy limpio y confortable. MEGAN muy simpática y amable. La ubicación del apartamento en una urbanización algo antigua, falta de reformas y de luces en el patio.

Things going sideways!
Starting a visit with”I charge extra for a late check in” (we intended to check in at 8pm!) After some discussion we agreed to 7:30pm and NO later, where upon we got to wait 20 min in front of the building! This was followed with a harried intro to keys, access, explanation of apartment...a rather poor welcome! )-: were: warm shower NOT hot; towels may have been white some time ago; towel rack not working; oven didn’t work; kitchen sink drain full of dirt; key plate of front door fell off; general appearance of apartment was not showing any pride of ownership but rather one of a “cash cow” that was minimally taken care of. Sorry to say NO the experience was not a happy one. We will not be back

Convenient. Quiet.
A convenient location near Pilgramgasse metro station and the 13A bus route, it was easy to get into the city centre and in the other direction, out to Schloss Schonbrunn, although if you like to walk, it is about a half-hour walk into town. A quiet residential area, it was perfect for us as we like to be very active with sight-seeing during the day, and appreciate a comfortable sleep at night. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and for other meals, should you want to cook for yourself. There are two grocery shops nearby, and if you like fresh produce, it is not far from the Naschmarkt. There are coffee shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. We dined around the corner at Zum Alten Fassl, enjoying seasonal local fare. The basics are covered at Margareten so you can enjoy all of the wonderful culture Vienna has to offer. Thank you Megan :)

Excellent stay with a warm welcome
This apartment is perfect for a peaceful stay in Vienna. Location is perfect with public transport close by and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Megan met us on arrival and explained everything perfectly. The apartment was exactly what was required, very clean with the kitchen equipped with all that you would need, a comfortable bed and a washing machine and iron. Vienna was a lovely city which my husband and I will definitely be returning to and we would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

Clean and convenient great value.
We were happy in our choice of apartment. The bed was comfortable, the wifi excellent and the separate kitchen worked well for us. The shower had lots of hot water and the washing machine was very useful. The lift was really appreciated. While not in the heart of the city, we were able to walk to all the major attractions such as the Hofburg, Belvedere, Opera etc and the main railway station is only 1.8kms away. We really appreciated the many supermarkets especially Hofer.

The apartment was hot, smelly, with a terrible bed and worse pillow. The bed smelled of sweat and urine. There is no air conditioning and the flimsy fan did not work. There are far better places to stay for the price.

Dear Mr Riedy, I was very surprised to read the this negative review as you loved the apartment when you arrived! You complained about your last stay in apartment in Hungary but were very surprised how nice our apartment is. There is no smell whatever in the apartment, except of clean bedsheets maybe! We wash the protector of the matress on a very regular basis, and it had just been washed, so there was for sure no smell on the bed! Yes, there is no airconditioner in the apartment, as in most viennese apartments! And the electric fan is working, properly. Also the price of the apartment is very fair and competitive as the location is very central and the apartment very sunny and modern! I would have appreciated a call or message during your stayif you had a complaint about the accomodation. I am also surprised because you even prolonged your stay by 1 night. I do not understand why you did it if you did not like the apartment!

Angenehme Wohnung in guter Lage
Eine kleine, mit allem Nötigen ansprechend ausgestattete Wohnung in einem überrasched wohltuend ruhigem Haus; stadtnah, an den Bus und U Bahn Verkehr sehr gut angebunden - freilich: man muss schon sehr gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man die Ziele zu Fuß in den angegebenen Zeiten erreichen will. Die Übergabe hat bestens geklappt. Uns hat es in dieser wunderbaren Stadt gut gefallen.

Es waren wundervolle Tage in der Wohnung: sehr zentral, alles mit Bus und U-Bahn. Essen im Schlossquadrat : eine tolle Auswahl,Eisdiele gegenüber. Parken im Parkhaus Erdberg für 3,40€ am Tag. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ein wenig spärlich aber ausreichend. Eine sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit wlan,Fernseher,Gutem Bett.

Schöne saubere Wohnung. Übergabe schnell und problemlos.
Die Küche ist für kleinere Mahlzeiten abgedeckt, die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Bus, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5 min entfernt.

Ideal zu zweit
Die Fewo ist für zwei Personen absolut ideal, sehr ruhig und zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten zur Oper gelaufen und Frau Dotzova ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wunderschön ist auch das Schoßquadrat nur 300 m entfernt mit netten Kneipen und gutem Essen - sehr empfehlenswert, der Silberwirt oder der Italiener... Einziger Wertmutstropfen, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, wie wir, hat man natürlich keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen dabei. Das wäre schön, wenn außer Salz noch mehr da gewesen wäre(z.B. Öl...), so haben wir doch darauf verzichtet zu kochen, da es sich bei einem Kurzaufenthalt nicht rentiert, alles zu kaufen. Weingläser wären auch noch toll....Aber alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen.

Kleine nette Ferienwohnung in super Lage
Für einen Städtetripp super gelegene Ferienwohnung , sehr großes Wohnhaus aber total ruhig . Wohnung war sehr sauber und für 3 Personen etwas zu klein , zu zweit optimal , etwas mehr Küchenausstattung und ein paar bequemere Sessel zum relaxen wären gut gewesen . Clean and Quiet
The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and although we didn't do much cooking, there was an equipped kitchen and the grocery store was about 1 block away. It was about a 10 minute walk to the subway and not too many stops from the attractions we wanted to see. There was some local information at the place, but none of it was in English so it didn't help us much. It might be nice to include English information on restaurants and maybe a map or two. There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent, which is not something I normally travel with. Also, no soap or shower gel for the shower. Thank you, Megan, we had a wonderful time.

Great apartment and location!
Megan was very helpful and friendly! The apartment is in a very good location, only a 7-8 minute walk to the Pilgramgasse station for the U4 (I even did the walk both ways with all my luggage going from/to the airport). It was also easy to find everything I needed on my walk between the apartment and the station (grocery store, pastries, etc.). I also explored around the neighborhood and found some excellent dinner! Everything I needed was at the apartment, including an elevator (which is wonderful after a long day of sightseeing!). Its also very quiet at night. I would stay here again if I make it back to Vienna.

Joli appartement bien situé
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet appartement très calme et bien équipé dans un quartier agréable. L'accès au wifi qui fonctionne très bien est un plus. L'appartement se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds à peine de la station de métro Pilgramgasse qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre historique. Il y a également tout près un arrêt de bus un supermarché et des restaurants. Tout cela est très pratique. Par contre il est préférable de parler correctement anglais car la propriétaire parle seulement anglais mais pas du tout français. Ce qui peut être un problème pour régler les modalités d'arrivée. Heureusement pour ce qui nous concerne nous avons pu joindre avant notre départ la fille de la propriétaire au 2ème numéro de téléphone indiqué qui elle parle français. Nous avons trouvé facilement l'immeuble dans lequel se trouve l'appartement grâce aux explications fournies par la propriétaire dans son e.mail de confirmation. Le départ n'a pas posé pas de problèmes puisque il nous a suffit de mettre les clés sur la table et de tirer la porte d'entrée derrière nous. Ce qui s'est avéré pratique puisque nous devions partir tôt le matin. Nous pensons que cette location conforme à la description est parfaite pour 1 couple. Nous la recommandons vivement.

Lovely compact apartment in residential area to the south of the city centre. Main railway station 20 minute walk. Underground 7 min walk. Good restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable. Exactly as described. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.
