Pro’s: Rooms are compleet. Bathroom was clean. Location is convenient. Cons: 1 window shade was removed so 1 window was bright in the early morning. One day there was no housekeeping even though we asked for it by hanging the please clean sign on the door. We had to go to reception to get fresh towels.

Prettig hotel vlakbij een metrostation. Vanaf dit station zit je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum van Wenen. Het centrum is ook lopend te bereiken. Reken dan op een wandeling van ruim een half uur. Het hotel bevindt zich op korte loopafstand van Prater. Dit is een permanente stadskermis. Hier staat o.a. het beroemde reuzenrad van Wenen. Ook op loopafstand is de Messe.

Prima hotel, niet ver van centrum
Prima hotel waar ik verbleef voorafgaand en tijdens een congres. Lopend ben je in twintig minuten vlakbij centrum, met de metro in een paar minuten. Grote kamer, bed was ok, douche en wc ook. Aan kant van binnentuin dus geen straatgeluid. Fijn dat er koelkastje en waterkoker is. Personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Net hotel met behulpzaam personeel. Kamers niet heel groot, maar genoeg om met 4 personen te slapen, koffers neer te leggen, en nog een loop te hebben. Het hele hotel bestaat uit deze suites/ gezinskamers. Nadeel is dan dat het ‘s ochtends bij het ontbijt zeer druk en rommelig is. Personeel heeft nauwelijks tijd om alles snel aan te vullen en rommel hier op te ruimen. Op dit na een prima hotel met goede bereikbaaarheid naar het centrum, voor een redelijke prijs.

Okay hotel if you nee a family room
We stayed here two nights and liked the hotel because of its price an 4 people suites. Nothing to fance but the beds are good, room and bath are spacious and there was a nice big tub also. Its a 3 min walk to the subway or a 30 min walk to city center. Staff was not too attentive but i dont really mind that. All and all a nice descent hotel if you need a fairly cheap place to stay in vienna

Ideale ligging voor een stedentrip
Het hotel heeft een ideale ligging ten opzichte van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden. Daarnaast hebben ze ruime kamers en is het er ontzettend schoon. Iedere ochtend een goed ontbijt zodat je daarna voorlopig niks hoeft te eten als je de stad in gaat.

Nice business hotel with large rooms
Close to business district and Prater area. Very nice rooms, good staff. We stayed here for a long weekend of Vienna. The hotel is also near a U-Bahn station (50 meters!) - which is very handy. Rooms are very spacious and the bathroom facilities were very nice too. Only minor remark is that the breakfast area is too small and the coffee machines too slow to handle a large amount of people. Maybe coffee cans would solve the problem.

Clean hotel near Metro but a bit to expensive.
Airco en telefoon waren defect. Wel kregen we de volgende dag een andere kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar kan helaas weinig informatie geven over tours, boottochten, e.d. Jammer genoeg geen restaurant. Wel een magnetron op de kamer. Zwembad zou wel een plus zijn geweest. Ontbijt is te duur. Hotel zou optie moeten bieden om kamer inclusief ontbijt te bieden voor geringe meerprijs. Het is een rustig en net hotel maar de kamerprijs was tot het gebodene wat aan de hoge kant.

Room size, condition and facilities are all good. Entrance of garage is narrow but challengeable. Every breakfast are good, too. Hotel is near to Prater(playpark) and Donau River. Center of old town is a little bit far, by walk but less than 10 minutes with tram, Ubahn or etc.,.

As all elevators are broken, every customer had to use stairs to go up to own room. And also, in our room, the fridge in our room was also broken and smells of room was uncomfortable... I always enjoy staying Novotel hotels, but this was the worst experiences at the Novotel group's hotel...

Great place
Everything was great. The only thing i would say is the housekeepers need to look under the beds when cleaning there was a pair of underwear under the sofabed my son slept on in the family suite.

The one star is taken off because one of the elevators was not working during our stay. On one day during our stay, both elevators were out of the order. The subway station is just 2-min away and the breakfast is really good. We have 1.5 bathrooms in our family suit.

Upon check-in, our experience was marred by a series of disappointments. Firstly, the mineral water provided in our room was visibly opened and appeared to be used, which is not in line with the hygiene standards expected from Novotel. Moreover, the absence of a room key upon check-in created considerable inconvenience, especially when unloading luggage from our car. The need for staff assistance each time disrupted our ability to access our accommodations efficiently, reflecting poorly on the professionalism of your customer service. In addition, we were asked to pay upfront for parking costs, even though our stay did not span the entire reservation period. This policy lacks flexibility and raises concerns about fairness, especially considering the potential for an early departure. Furthermore, despite paying for an upgrade to a family suite which can accommodate a third bed in our room, the additional bed lacked the usual amenities displayed on the master bed. Finding only spare towels under the sink was disappointing, particularly given the extra fee paid for the upgrade. Proper preparation of all beds should be a standard expectation. Upon checkout I only realized that they didn't assign a family suite to us but just an ordinary junior suite and simply turn the sofa bed into a 3rd bed. The mini fridge in the room wasn't working at all as it is not cold at all. Staff at reception are unfriendly as they don't even say morning to guests.

Location is really good as it is 3mins from the metro and there are some food options around like Mochi Ramen Bar. It is 10mins away from the center by train or 40mins walk. Room was really clean. However was quite warm so we had to open the windows. Bed was not that great and the pillows were so bad. They need to change them to rate themselves 4 star.
