Mooi appartement in de beste locatie in het stadscentrum. Snel internet. Woonkamer. Kitchen. Koelkast. Verwarming. Handdoeken. Föhn. Zeer comfortabel bed. Twee aparte kamers. Ideaal voor 2-4 personen. Bright. Ruim. Stil.

Gelegen op de laadvloer met een lift, is het appartement volledig Bel dan op zoek naar een zijstraat en een kleine tuin, daarom is het erg rustig, ondanks het feit dat in het midden van het bruisende centrum van Wenen.

De ontwerper bed is 220cm breed en daarom bij uitstek past twee personen.

Er is een aparte eetkamer met een eettafel en scheiden de keuken. De volledig uitgeruste keuken met koelkast biedt u de mogelijkheid om te koken tijdens uw verblijf.

Gratis internet met bijna WIFI.

Alle noodzakelijke handdoeken en beddengoed zijn altijd fris en schoon voorzien!

Wenen historische stadscentrum en de meest beroemde bezienswaardigheden zijn te voet bereikbaar.
De flat is gelegen in het 4e district in de buurt van de opera. Dit gebied is absoluut veilig en beroemd om vele hedendaagse kunstgaleries. Tal van cafés en restaurants in dit gebied. Supermarkten net om de hoek.

-Viennas State opera: 8 minuten lopen
-Naschmarkt-Viennas grootste markt met vele restaurants in alle prijscategorieën: 2 minuten
-De Museum kwartaal, de grootste kwartaal voor hedendaagse kunst in Europa met een helder aanbod van bars en restaurants: 12 min lopen

Uitstekende openbaar vervoer verbinding: Station "Karlsplatz" met metrolijn U1, U2 en U4 is slechts 4 minuten lopen.
Met lijn U1 je hoeft alleen maar een halte naar "Stephansplatz" waar je de beroemde St. Stephans Kathedraal en het centrum van de oude stad. Met lijn U4 krijg je direct naar "Schönbrunn" of "Road", waar u kunt veranderen om alle treinen naar de luchthaven.

Great Neighborhood.

The property was great. The washing machine worked better than mine at home. The neighborhood had everything you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the elevator did not work for the 3 days we were there. In Europe, the ground floor starts at 0 and we were on the 5th floor. My husband and i are in our late 70s. It was tough going up. I will also repeat advice from another traveller, there is no tv so judge accordingly.

A very spacious and well decorated apartment. And the location was outstanding - walking distance to the train station and a grocery store and huge market. Celebrated a birthday dinner at Motto Am Fluss which was excellent. Tons to do and see and just a train stop away.

Great location!

The apartment is in a great location…a short walking distance to the Inner City area. We were here in January and when we arrived, the apartment was very hot inside. We were able to turn the heaters down and use the fan and it did cool off. We noticed that a lot of the buildings that we entered were very warm inside! The accommodations were great! The bedroom and living areas are very spacious. The coffee provided was fantastic! It is a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and grocery options nearby. There is no television, which I did not realize when booking but this was not a big deal as we spent most of our time out exploring the area.

Walkable to City Center and Christmas Markets

Eva & Michi were very helpful and attentive. Check in was a breeze. We found the key to the apartment difficult but they came to the rescue in 10 minutes. Apartment was clean and comfortable, all amenities as list - note there is a drying rack, not a machine dryer. There is a laundromat in walking distance and several eateries nearby.

Great Location & Hosts

The apartment is very centrally located and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. There were also a number of restaurants just outside the apartment building and a small, well stocked grocery store (Billa) less than a block away. Check-in was a breeze. Eva and Michi kept in contact with us throughout our flights and were very accommodating. The apartment has a large bedroom and living room and a good sized kitchen. Fans during a hot spell were a life saver. The apartment is very good value and I will be recommending to our family and friends.

Attention tout est minimaliste dans cet appartement Ikea Le minimum d'équipement Le four ne peut être utiliser car pas de grille et sale Le frigo ne ferme pas pas de prise rasoir ni de poubelle dans sdb Aucun livret d'accueil qui puisse remplacer le manque de renseignement de la gardienne de prison qui nous a pris de haut. Pas de garage malgré le descriptif d'Abritel. Great location

This apt. was perfect for exploring the city center and remarkably quiet at night. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and pack lunches for our walks. Grateful for the coffee that was provided. We parked in the TU WIPARK just a block away for about $9 a night. Very convenient.

Spacious and clean, close to the opera

The apartment was easy to get in and out of and close to so much. There’s a great coffee shop, Blue Orange just steps away. I loved the shower! Hot water and wonderful shower head. The towels were thick, white and clean. The bed was comfortable by European standards. No A/C but the windows open wide.

We enjoyed our stay in Vienna and the apartment worked well for us. Check in was fine; we got some information about restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. The location is great and the kitchen allowed us to eat some meals pulled together from the excellent street markets which we found in every district of the city. Although the apartment is very close to the Naschmarkt, there are better markets for shopping further from apartment but easy to get to on the metro or by trolley. While Operngasse is a busy street, the apartment is very quiet. Nice place and location is the strongest positive. The apartment could use a floor lamp ... the only lighting in the living/dining space comes from ceiling lights.

Great apartment in convenient location to the marketplace and the Opera House.

Overall very good. The neighborhood was quiet except. Beware Friday night the music at local restaurant was Loud and went until very late. Otherwise we enjoyed the place. Thank you.

Great location, but experienced issues

This apartment is in a great location, close to the Opera and subway line. The space is adequate for two. However, the bathroom sink and shower backed up during every use. The toilet is in a separate, very small room. And, if sensitive to heat, I would caution against renting space in summer months as there is no A/C and only one fan provided. Lastly, we were told to leave one hour before posted check-out time on our last day by (presumably) the cleaning company. We were taking the afternoon train to Prague, so wandering on a warm summer day with luggage was very frustrating. I contacted the owner but never received a response.

Convenient and comfortable apartment

This apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. It has nice-sized rooms and lots of light. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The location is walking distance from the centre of the city and a few minutes walk from buses and the underground. There are good restaurants nearby, including a great Japanese one 2 doors down. The apartment was very clean. The decor is basic, pure IKEA and has everything to make a short stay easy, including drawers for unpacking and a stand with hangers. We found the mattress to be really comfortable, though we were a little taken aback by how close to the floor the bed is-- we literally had to roll ourselves out and on to the floor! We only ate a light breakfast every morning, but the kitchen seemed fully equipped for cooking. They supplied tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar and pepper. The Billa Supermarket is just a few doors down and opens early. The heating was fine for our winter stay. I noticed a floor fan and didn't see an air conditioner. Also didn't see the dryer listed in the description. Our only disappointment was that we never met the owners that other reviewers said were so nice. We never saw or spoke to them and wondered how and when the other guests who gave reviews managed to have personal contact with them. We were sent a link for taxis in a general notice about the various ways to get to the apartment, but no arrangements were offered. We were met at the door by a greeter who was sweet but was there just to let us in and show us the apartment. We were given the owner's phone number if we had any problems but were told to text, not call. A few minutes after we arrived we did text to ask for an extra sheet and the greeter returned immediately with the sheet. We would definitely recommend this apartment, just don't assume you'll meet the owner with whom you've corresponded.

Wonderful location!

The apartment is serene and restful, and perfectly located for exploring Vienna. Easy access from the airport via train and U-bahn. Eva was very gracious and welcoming and made us feel at home. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The Billa supermarket is just steps away, and we loved touring the city on the Ringstrasse trams. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Not only is Eva & Michi's flat spacious, comfortable, and clean, the location is just perfect. Eva is the most considerate and responsive host we've ever had on any site like HomeAway (Airbnb, etc). Very highly recommended!
