Excellent apartment in a good and convenient neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation making it easy to travel around the city (e.g. only two stops to inner city). Cheap parking garage nearby. Communication with Mani (host) was smooth and cordial. We had a great time and would choose to stay here again! The only negative for us were the beds, which were a bit too hard for us.

Alles wat je van een appartment mag verwachten!
Dit appartement is precies wat wij van een gastenverblijf verwachten. Schoon, goed liggend bed, moderne badkamer en keuken en geen overbodige poespas. Het appartement ligt centraal in het centrum van Wenen, op loopafstand is alles binnen bereik (ook supermarkt en bakker). De huisbaas is zeer vriendelijk en vond het geen probleem dat wij pas om 23:30 aankwamen. Hier zouden wij zonder nadenken nog een keer verblijven!

A nice apartment in a good location.
The first room we were put in had a television that did not work so we were moved to another room. This room was not of the same type that we had booked and paid for. We had booked a room with a large double bed and a sofa bed, which the first room was, however, the second room only had a couch and not a sofa bed. The room with a sofa bed was more expensive than the other.

We arrived late because our train got detoured. Mani, our host, was great, sending us video tutorials on how to check into the apartment. We were able to have a video chat where he answered any questions we had. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with all the essentials. The washer and dishwasher were a big plus. The apartment building and the neighborhood are very quiet. Public transport, grocery store and restaurants are close by. We would stay here again!

El contacto con Mani fue siempre excelente. El apartamento se corresponde casi al completo con las imágenes de la web. Pero los amenities eran muy muy escasos y usados ya. No hubo papel higiénico de repuesto, sólo había medio rollo. La alfombra de la ducha estaba rota y vieja. Y no había store en la ventana del recibidor, por lo que no había intimidad para entrar al baño sin que te pudieran ver. El estropajo del fregadero de la cocina era usado y viejo. Este apartamento debe mejorar en calidad de detalles. Es muy simple y elemental. The contact with Mani was always excellent. The flat corresponds almost completely to the pictures on the website. But the amenities were very very scarce and already used. There was no spare toilet paper, only half a roll. The shower mat was torn and old. And there was no store in the hall window, so there was no privacy to enter the bathroom without being seen. The scouring pad in the kitchen sink was used and old. This flat needs to improve in quality of details. It is very simple and elementary.

Thanks for your review We have changed almost all utilities a year ago and is brand new. The bed and mattress is new the couch is new the TV is new if you look at the pictures online, you will see that on the pictures is another couch and another TV. The bed we have bought the same model as before. The shower cabin is also new and different from pictures online. The fridge and dishwasher are also brand new! The only thing that was old is the shower Matt in the shower and the floor and ceiling. We have also invested 5000 euros in putting an air conditioner. Thank you

Great location!
This apartment is perfectly located - popular sites are are within a 20 minute walk or public transportation is within a five minute walk. Grocery stores and good restaurants are also a five minute walk away. Our host contacted us ahead of our check in time to make sure he was waiting for us at the door when we got there. We had no issues with the property but knew he was a text away if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

Déçus...
Nous avons réservé cet appartement par Abritel et payé le premier versement. Le propriétaire a ensuite bloqué le deuxième paiement et nous a demandé un règlement en CASH. Il ne voulait pas passer par Abritel pour économiser la commission. Ce n'est pas correct! Il faut prévenir les locataires en amont, AVANT le premier paiement. Nous sommes très déçus d'avoir été contraints d'appliquer cette procédure sous peine de perdre notre premier versement.

Beautiful Apartment!
Beautiful stay! The whole apartment was very clean and check in was smooth. Our host met us and went over all the amenities and rules for our stay. The only down side is I wish we were left with more bathroom essentials. The only thing left for us to shower with was the last squirt of a body wash and that was it. There was no more soap or shampoo and we had to go out and buy our own. It wasn’t a big deal but all our previous stays we had toiletries as some people don’t pack their own shampoo/body soap. Again, not a big enough deal enough to knock a star off and it could have just been an accident overlooked by the cleaning staff. The area was very peaceful and quiet. I will ask to be warned if you go in the summertime it does get hot in the apartment as there is no AC but we were left a fan and it is cool enough at night to leave the windows open.

The flat is fully equipped and super clean. The neighborhood and building is quiet. Many good restaurants within a couple blocks. Train to airport, trams and mall all within walking distance. Landlord is very nice and walked us through flat so we knew how to work everything. Building has an elevator!

Perfect Studio
This was exactly what I was looking for my 4 days in Vienna. It’s quiet, centrally located, close to a major metro station and there were great restaurants in walking distance from the apartment after a day of public transport and museum hopping. The owner was very easy to reach out to, we mostly talked through WhatsApp. And at least in my case, he was able to accommodate an earlier check in when I arrived in Vienna sooner than I expected, which was nice. I didn't cook at all but there is a full kitchen at the apartment. There is also a washer which was great. No dryer but that was fine, there was plenty of hangers and space for them to airdry. Overall, would recommend this place to anyone with a small travel party and city exploration on the brain. 😊

Mani was a good host and was easy to comfy with. He met us the apartment and even let us check in early because of our circumstances. The location was perfect for us. We were close to everything we were interested in. Groceries and restaurants were close by. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen needed to be stocked a little better. We managed with what was there but it didn’t impress. But still, overall a good place.

Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber, angenehm ruhig, sehr hell und freundlich und groß genug. Das Schwimmbad befindet sich nicht beim Objekt selbst, sonder ist öffentlich ein paar Straßen weiter. Alles andere ist den Angaben entsprechend und passt wunderbar. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommen und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Large, bright room with kitchen & bathroom on 3rd floor of typical Viennese neighborhood. Owner takes pride in new refrig, nice stove and cabinets in kitchen, great new washing machine with all new facilities in bathroom including great shower. Good size flat new TV with Netflix and YouTube. New furniture & paint. Great wifi - never dropped us & was pretty fast. Sparse in extras (blankets, pillows, linens, towels, cooking spices & condiments, dishwasher tablets, and rug on hardwood floor. Very clean apartment altho downstairs entrance was a bit run down. Owner Mani biked over to give us the key - "faster than driving a car!" Explained appliance use in excellent English. His recommendation for "Wild" restaurant a couple of blocks away was great - neighborhood was fun & had everything within a 6 block radius. Lots of books in bookcase headboard. Fan took care of cooling on warm days with windows open (no AC in building). Sweet kids in ground floor kindergarten!! I'd stay again (but would bring everything I needed for whatever meals I was going to prepare).

I would have given 5 stars if the unit had some basic amenities that were missing: kitchen - no corkscrew or bottle opener, damaged fry pan and spatula; no nightstands by bed; no extra linens; no iron or steamer; had to request kitchen towels, hand towels and bath mat ; no drying rack for clothes. If the apartment had these items I would rate 5 stars.

I would appreciate our guests to show and tell me anything they are not satisfied while they are here and not writing a review a month later so I can help them with the problem. In the bathroom there is an electric outlet for hairdryer you just have to look for it carefully. Also we never advertised for a dishwasher and is not listed under amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and if something was missing I would like to know what? Just writing kitchen was not equipped is a bit too little for me to find out what it is. Thank you .

The property is exactly as shown and listed. It is sparsely decorated but functional. The building is very secure and in a residential area, a kindergarten is in the bottom of the building. The access to public transport is very good and it is about a 25 minute relaxed walk to St Stephan’s Church. The options in the immediate area for quality restaurants l found really limited. Access to supermarkets excellent.It was my error that I did not check prior to booking that an iron and board was provided, long haul extended trip it is nice to refresh clothes. Not possible to have as it is not covered by insurance. Consider for short stays, a week is too long without more comforts.

L'appartamento nel complesso adeguato e spazioso, purtroppo noi eravamo in quattro e i posti letto erano 3, nonostante avessimo comunicato la presenza di 2 adulti e di 2 ragazzi di 16 e 12 anni. Se si affitta per quattro persone il divano deve essere convertibile in letto a 2 posti. Anche le sedie erano tre, la TV non riceve alcun canale, la piscina inserita nell'annuncio non esiste. La posizione è ottima , vicina a tram, metro e centro commerciale. Wifi ok.

Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig in 45 Minuten zu erreichen, oder man nimmt die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, sind aber nur am Samstag und Sonntag kostenfrei. Ein Parkhaus für 6,-€ pro Tag ist in ca 30 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.

This is a nice apartment, easy walking distance to the main sites. Simple, but had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, quiet area, hot shower,washing machine, etc. The location was perfect. For us, close to tram and several really good restaurants within a 5 minute walk - recommenced Wild and Menta Cafe. Sole, nice Italian restaurant near St. Anne’s church. Mani is great with communication, booking, etc. price is very reasonable for Venice.
