Great hotel, Very Highly recommend
The hotel and parking are very easy to find, the host is wonderful, mapped out exactly how to use the Metro (located a 2 min walk from hotel) to get to downtown Vienna, The Metro is so easy to use. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and breakfast has a great selection. Would very highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna .

Hi everyone, I want to make sure whoever is considering coming here is aware of all experiences at Pension Erlaa, especially if it’s your first time visiting Vienna. I came with my grandmother who had visited Vienna before about 6 years ago, we are from the U.S, she’s 78 years old now. There are sensor lights in the lobby that ended up turning on as my grandmother fell going down the stairs near the entrance (it was dark outside already). We turned on the lights in the hall and there was some lighting in the stair well- the lights turn on and off- even when going up the stairs too if it’s not sensing motion as you’re walking. Therefore, it’s a major potential for physical injury that Pension Erlaa needs to take responsibility for. No elevator either as you can see in their description. Anyways, management got defensive when we asked to leave and get a full refund. We had only been there for about 3 hours or so in total, so we didn’t even spend one night. No towels, we asked twice- you have to go down the stair well to ring a bell to get assistance. They were very rude, raising their voices- especially a man who kept interfering, cursing in German. We called our booking company and were only given only 2 nights refund for our 8 night stay per the decision given by Pension Erlaa. We left not only due to the poor treatment by staff, but also due to our events being far away for my grandmother to walk on a swollen ankle and now needing a hotel with an elevator.

Lieber Gast, ich hoffe, es geht ihrer Oma gut! Es gibt im Stiegenhaus einen Lichtschalter, bei Betätigung geht das Licht an, in der rezeption passiert das über einen Sensor. Wir haben keinen Aufzug, wie auch auf der Buchungsplattform ersichtlich ist und ich bot ihnen ein zimmer im Erdgeschoß an. Auch die ca. 20-30 Minütige Entfernung vom Zentrum ist auf Expedia ersichtlich und ich denke, man muss das schon bei der Planung einer Reise berücksichtigen, überhaupt wenn man mit einer 78 jährigen Dame unterwegs ist. Bei dem Gespräch mit ihrer oma war ich immer freundlich und höflich und ihnen habe ich auch gehofen die Koffer vom Zimmer zum Taxi zu bringen, die sie in der zwischenzeit gepackt haben. Alles in allem tut es mir leid, das Sie unser Haus verlassen haben, weil es nicht ihren Wünschen entsprach. Mit freundlichen grüßen Pension Erlaa Dear Guest, I hope her grandma is fine! There is a light switch in the stairwell, the light comes on when it is activated, in the reception this happens via a sensor. We do not have a lift, as can be seen on the booking platform and I offered them a room on the ground floor. The about 20-30 minutes away from the center is on Expedia and I think, you have to consider this when planning a trip, even if you are traveling with a 78 year old lady. During the conversation with her grandma, I was always friendly and polite and I have also bothered to bring the suitcases from the room to the taxi, which they have packed in the meantime. 地下鉄駅から歩いて3-5分。市内中心部までは地下鉄で50分以内。静かな環境で近くにイタリアレストラン、スーパマーケットもあり。Wifiは十分速度が出ていて快適。朝食付きで、非常にリーズナブルな価格。なにより、ホテルのオーナーの方が親切・家庭的。お子さんも一緒に朝食をとって学校に行ってました。とてもよかったです。またViennaに行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。

Freundliche Wirtin. Im Aussenquartier, ruhig, Anbindung öV/U-Bahn geht. Frühstück nach Auswahl bescheiden, Qualität gut. Am Uebergang vom Duschschlauch in die Brause spritzt es nach allen Seiten, Ventilation wie vom Baumarkt klappernd. Schrank vom Brockenhaus, die Türschüssel sind verbogen und fallen (trotzdem..) heraus. TV i.o. Betten i.o. Als Accessoire gibt es nur eine Sauna (nicht benutzt). Kein Pool, Aufenthaltsraum, Fitness usw. 4 Sterne?? Nie und nimmer.. Gut: die Leitung hat die Vorhalte akzeptiert!! Aber es dauere so lange, eine Korrektur beim Wirtschaftsamt zu veranlassen..!!! Fazit: 2 Sterne

Excellent great value hotel
This is an excellent hotel for the price and also includes free parking which was our main requirement. The room was clean spacious and well appointed. This is a family run bussiness and our host Marianna was extremely helpful providing us all the information on getting from the hotel into the centre of vienna. This hotel is located a bit out of town, however, the city is easily accessed by train within about 15-20 minutes with trains running about every 6 minutes. Breakfast was included which consisted of an assortment of meats, cheeses, breads and cereals as well as freshly made scrambled eggs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone requiring quality accomodation and service for a budget price, we would definately use this again if we were ever to visit Vienna again.

Pensione per clientela informale e che bada al sodo. Proprietari accoglienti e gentili, colazione che potrebbe essere migiorata perche' e' abbastanza carente, camere decorose e pulite. Vicino alla metro che porta verso il centro, quindi posizione buona per visitare la citta'. Se cercate lusso e raffinatezza non fa per voi, se cercate una camera ad un buon prezzo per visitare la citta' e badate al concreto, puo' essere una buona scelta.

We stayed at Pension Erlaa overnight. The room, the bathroom and bed sheets were very clean. Breakfast had enough choices even for a vegetarian. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner's wife offered us a box of chocolates on our way out. Thank you! 😀

On outskirts of Vienna
Very pleasant stay at this accommodation. Very accessible by metro from the downtown core. Lovely quiet area. There are two very good restaurants within close walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe and calm. If you wish to have the Hilton kind of accommodation, then stay at the Hilton. If you wish an authentic, personal experience in your accommodation choice, there is none better than Pension Erlaa. Excellent people offering a homey and warm atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Überaus freundliches Hotel am Stadtrand
Das Hotel ist günstig an der U-Bahn (in 5 Minuten erreichbar) am süd-westlichen Stadtrand Wiens in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und in freundlichen Farbtönen gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist hevorragend. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut .Wir kommen wieder.

Un' ottima "base" per visitare Vienna.
Perfetto! La gentilezza dei proprietari. La colazione varia e completa. La pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni. Letto comodissimo. La vicinanza con la fermata della metro, che in 15 minuti ti porta al centro di Vienna. Ottimo wi.fi. Parcheggio gratuito nel cortile interno della struttura. Zona silenziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non ho aspetti negativi da segnalare.

Nice hotel at an affordable price and great servic
So first of all, if you want to go to Viena make sure you do not spend a lot on hotels because the transportation and general prices are honestly high, even parking your car is high. I didn't know where exactly the hotel was located but when we got there, we realized the hotel looked a little old, but as soon as we started having conversations with the staff, we realized the hotel is run by a family, they are very warm people and they ask you about any problem you might have. The hotel might look far from the city center but Viena subway is too damn fast you will get there in 10 minutes, the subway station is 3 blocks away. The place might look old as I said, but if you look closer you will notice rooms have some brand new stuff, such as the bathroom pieces, tv and so on. I really recommend it, it's run by a local family and are very helpful and good people. I really enjoyed the company, the place at the end was the best choice ever. Así que en primer lugar, si quieres ir a Viena asegúrate de que no gastar mucho en los hoteles porque el transporte y los precios en general son honestos, incluso el aparcamiento de su coche es alto. Wir waren von dieser Pension sehr angenehm überrascht. Die Leute waren so extrem freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und in freundlichen Farben. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurück kehren. Die U-Bahn ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Hotel in Wien
Das Hotel befindet sich am Rand von Wien. In ca. 10 Min. ist man an der nächsten U-Bahn-Station und in weiteren 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Wien. Das Auto kann man kostenlos im Innenhof des Hotels parkieren. Das WLAN war sehr, sehr langsam und hat häufig abgebrochen. Das Morgenessen war sehr einfach.
