Nice pension near the center
A nice pension near the center of Vienna. Very friendly staff. It meets all the expectations of a pension. We had a large room, with a lot of space. It nice and clean. Bus stop is around the corner. Tram stations are not far. The nearest metro is a bit further, but still at walking distance, even with luggage. A very nice place to stay when you visit Vienna.

We stayed 3 nights with my friend. Only first day they clean the room. Second day no cleaning and finally at the evening we need to ask the fresh towel as the towels were also not replaced

Dear Safdar, towels are only replaced on request. Your room wasnt cleaned on one day, before you came back from your excursions in the afternoon, before we could manage to clean.In such cases i clean the room after guests go out for dinner in the evening. (Pension Lernen is a small B&B with 7 rooms run by only one person who does all the work).

This is a lovely place to stay although there may be a little painting g to do and the carpet in our room needs changing, the host was perfect and so helpful. The breakfast was fantastic value. Would highly recommend this pension

Perfect position close to all landmarks. The breakfast amazing. Veronika who runs the place was lovely and friendly and she also allowed me to check in early. Wish I could have stayed longer as 2 nights Vienna not enough to see all the sights.

The receptionist was very friendly. Give us information and numbers of taxi drivers. Breakfast was lovely. The property is very well located. Short walk to center and lots of restaurants.

Kein (Luxus-)Hotel von der Stange, sondern eine individuelle, von der netten und engagierten Inhaberin geführte Pension in exzellenter Lage zentral in der Innenstadt. Besonderes Highlight ist das jeden Morgen liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage der Pension ist sehr gut! Frühstück sehr lecker ! Zimmer sauber ,Service gut ! Die Ausstattung des Zimmers könnte etwas besser sein , spielte für uns aber eine untergeordnete Rolle da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren!

Absolument près de tout ! Très bon petit déjeuner. Accueil chaleureux. La douche était dans la chambre, mais la toilette était dans le couloir. Toutefois, elle était à notre usage exclusif. Résolument à conseiller.

I am giving this place 5 stars because it is what it says it is. A good value pension in a great location of the old town of Vienna. The rooms are basic but clean and have the necessities. Our room, 106, had a private bathroom with shower. A car would be difficult to have at this location. But it's perfect for the lightweight luggage public transportation travelor. There is street noise in the big city so expect that. The owner is pleasant, helpful, and puts out a nice brunch every morning. This place is great for the budget travelor as Vienna can be quite expensive.

Sommes ravis de notre séjour à la pension Lerner. Très bon accueil, gentillesse et patience de Véronika pour nous renseigner. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits frais. L'emplacement de cette pension est idéal, on peut pratiquement tout faire à pied sinon les bus et le métro sont très proches.

Petite pension calme au centre ville
La pension se situe dans le centre ville à quelques minutes de la cathédrale, de la Hofburg ou du Danube. Accueil sympathique, personnel discret mais attentif. Petit déjeuner agréable, la pension est petite donc s'est très calme. Le personnel est absent à partir de 19h environ et jusqu'au lendemain, on dispose d'une clé de l'immeuble et de la pension et ça ne pose aucun problème.

Good all around
Nice vaulted ceilings, spacious room, great location right next door to the best taco/burrito shop in Vienna. Didn't like how the bed was just two twin beds put together, but they probably have other rooms with real double beds. It's a bit hard to find, you have to walk through an apartment building entrance, but not that big of a deal.

Best Pensioner in a Great City
Amazing pensioner and great location. We walked to everything, The owner was very helpful and put together the best continental breakfast we have had in our Eastern Europe travels. Quiet, comfortable and great value. Highly recommend this gem.

美しい街の静かなお部屋
とても優しく上品なオーナーの方が最後まで丁寧に対応してくださいました。朝ごはんの卵がとても美味しいです。また、朝とても早い時間の電車に乗らなければいけないことを伝えると、冷蔵庫に朝ごはんを用意してくださいました。立地も中心地からとても近く、馬のぱかぱかという音がたまにする程度でとても静かです。おすすめです。 We had brilliant experiences in Vienna thank to this beautiful, heartwarming pension. The lady of this pesino is such a great person and breakfast she prepares is wonderful too. I really recommend this pension. I'm really really sure I'll come back this city and book this pension again.

Bad start to the stay
Our stay at the Pension Lerner did not get off to a good start, we arrived at the hotel to find that we couldn't get into the reception. We had notified the hotel that we would be arriving early 7.30am and were told that there would be someone on reception from 7.15am so that wasn't a problem. The hotel is located inside a building with other businesses, there is a door that is locked outside of usual business hours which you require a key to get into. As we hadnt checked in yet we didnt have access to the inside of the building so we had to go a nearby cafe where we stayed for an hour, I phoned repeatedly with no reply, eventually we got inside the building only to find we couldnt get inside the actual hotel. We sat outside the door for another hour before a hotel guest left and we eventually got inside only to find there were no staff anywhere to be found. Guests were wandering around the breakfast area looking for food and left to fend for themselves. Another half hour passes and eventually a staff member (possibly the owner) arrived, she was very appologetic and explained an illness had meant no one was there to man the reception. Apart from the bad start the rest of the stay passed without incident, breakfast was ok and the location was quiet and within walking distance of the centre and attractions. Bedroom was comfortable and clean but could do with a bit of a makeover. Free wifi which is a good bonus and fan in the room which was great for hot days.

Convenient location
This was a great hostel for walking around the historical city centre, as it was in the Innere Stadt near all the most interesting museums and historical attractions. The breakfast was very nice (bread, eggs, fruit, etc usual stuff, plus cake and small savoury dishes). I stayed in a small single room with a separate toilet in the hallway and a shower within the room. Everything else worked well but the toilet was partly broken, although they probably would've had it fixed had I noticed it earlier. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was a nice bonus, as it was quite warm. Some noise from the outside street but nothing too bad. I would recommend this hostel for someone who appreciates a good breakfast and location but is not going to spend too much time in the hostel otherwise.

Clean, good value & friendly
Great stay very clean & good value for money. Our room was near reception & we had noisy neighbours so not so great for a light sleeper. The ladies that run this place are lovely and very helpful.

Вполне комфортный отель в самом сердце Вены
Очень неплохой маленький (5-6 номеров) отель в самом центре Вены - в пределах Ring. До основных музеев 7-10 мин. пешком. Комфортная кровать, приличный завтрак, приветливое обслуживание, вполне недорого (учитывая локацию). При заселении нам выдали ключ от наружной двери, так что мы не были связаны временем ухода и прихода. Единственное "но": в душе нет мыла и шампуня - надо иметь своё.

관광지에서는 조금 먼 편이에요 관광지는 시끄러운데 조용해서 좋더라고요 근데 인상적이었던 것은 아침 정말 맛있네요 체크인 7시까지인데 늦게 간다고 미리 말해둬서 9시에 해줬어요 11시까지 해주나봐요 방도 싱글룸 썼는데 깨끗하고 겨울인데 따뜻하고 크기 적당하네요
