Regarding your air condition, we have checked it right away and it is working indeed. Maybe you had troubles with the usage we suppose? Also regarding with WIFI, 10 minutes after your check in your should have received the username and password via Email (according to our system is was successfully sent on 20.08.21 at 18:19h).
