We are happy that you have enjoyed our central location and the service provided by our wonderful team, but it is indeed a bit sad to hear that your overall stay did not live up to your expectations! In this case, we would have really liked an on-site dialogue as we could certainly have clarified some points! We have checked the bathroom door and it is definitely not working properly, as well as the toilet. We are very sorry about these inconviences! Of course, we immediately commissioned professionals to repair it. We provide a night light in the toilet, so that you do not have to light up the entire bathroom. The TV is working properly, also to switch channels. You have to press the arrow up or down to change the channels. The channel list is provided in the information map on the couch table. The floor lamp has a button on the cable on the floor to switch it off. Dear Mr. Pablo! Thank you very much for taking your time to let us know how your check in went! Please accept our sincere apologies for not getting all the rooms ready at 03.00 pm as promised. This should not happen, but unfortunately did - and is definitely our fault. But as an excuse gesture from our side the other guests from your groupe were invited for coffee and cake and were fine with it. The accusation that guests who arrived later were able to check in before them is not true. For all your group you have booked the Superior category.
