Ongerepte studio's met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan van 250 ° naar Puerto Rico, Culebra en St Thomas.

"Appartement 1" (1 van 2 in appartementen in complex.) Gasten hebben de mogelijkheid om een appartement of beide appartementen tegen een gereduceerd tarief te huren, met een woonkamer / keuken met een glazen kookplaat, een magnetron, een broodrooster en een koffiezetapparaat. Er is een futon in de levenden. De slaapkamer is ingericht met een queensize bed en een complete badkamer / douche.

La Roca ligt op de top van een heuvel in de wijk Bravos de Boston op het eiland Vieques in Puerto Rico. Gelegen op tien minuten van de veerhaven en het centrum van Isabel Segunda, waar u enkele van de beste restaurants van het Vieques-eiland, het historische fort en lokale kunstgalerieën vindt.

De appartementen liggen aan de noordkust van het eiland, met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan met een vrij uitzicht van 250 graden op het blauwe water en het platteland van Vieques. Het hoofdeiland van Puerto Rico, ons zustereiland, Culebra en zelfs St. Thomas is zichtbaar vanaf het zwembadterras of het enorme dakterras waar je kunt zonnebaden en luisteren naar de geluiden van de oceaan die op de oever grijpt.

De strakke witte lijnen en open plattegrond creëren een uitstekende Caribische vakantie voor koppels op zoek naar een ontspannende ruimte met een fantastisch uitzicht. Paar paren kunnen het hele pand tegen een gereduceerd tarief reserveren voor de verhoogde privacy van een vakantievilla in villastijl.

De twee appartementen zijn bijna identiek qua voorzieningen, grootte en indeling. Beiden delen een uitzicht op de oceaan dek en zwembad. Neem een duik op een steenworp afstand van de voordeur, spet rond voor het ontbijt of geniet 's avonds van de zonsondergang achter het El Yunque-regenwoud.

La Roca-appartementen zeggen "ontspannen" vanaf het moment dat u door de deur loopt, uw reisuitrusting laten vallen en officieel uw vakantie beginnen.

Schop je voeten en rust een tijdje. Dit is waar Vieques Island over gaat.

Op het eiland Vieques zijn vele goede restaurants te vinden, sommige op loopafstand van La Roca Studios. Maar als u het zelf wilt doen, zijn de keukens uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om uw zelfgemaakte Caribische kookvaardigheden te oefenen: magnetronoven, elektrische kookplaat, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en grote koelkast. Overvloedige pannen en serviezen worden gemengd met verse ingrediënten voor een onvergetelijk diner met sterren op het dak, versierd met de serenade van de branding.

De slaapkamers van La Roca zijn ingericht met queensize bedden en een complete badkamer / douche. Linnengoed en handdoeken worden verstrekt voor het strand, het bad en het zwembad. Grote ramen die open staan voor passaatwinden en uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. Airconditioning en plafondventilatoren regelen de temperatuur om u comfortabel te houden.

Volledige badkamers / douches maken het gemakkelijk voor u om het fijne zand en zout weg te spoelen na een dag op de stranden van het Vieques-eiland, enkele van de mooiste in het Caribisch gebied.

Spring break in paradise

Views were amazing as advertised! Perfect accommodation for a couple looking to unwind. Miles and Betty made sure everything was perfect! I used the pool daily. Easy access to town. Definitely need a vehicle to navigate the hills.

Wonderful location, near city center with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrouding islands. The accommodations were equally nice. You can even enjoy a pool just outside your fro t door. Enjoy!

Stunning!

Biancas place was better than we could have hoped for ! Betty (the property manager) met us at our car rental place and escorted us to the rental, while also giving us great recommendations around the island. The property itself was gorgeous, the views were stunning and it was extremely clean. We had all of the kitchenware we could have needed and good pressure/hot water. We did have to share the pool with a tenant living in the next door apartment, but there was no problems with that, we even ended up sharing groceries at the end of our stay. Overall, perfect location and magical stay.

Lovely spot!

We enjoyed our stay here at La Roca. The owners replied quickly to our questions, and Betty the property manager was so helpful when we wanted info on places to go. It’s in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood , with a fabulous view of the ocean and surf from the pool deck and the rooftop, a great place to relax and read or nap. Vieques was so nice- relaxed, great weather, plenty of sunshine. Amazing beaches, too, some only a short walk or ten minute drive away.

Excellent views and peaceful times

Property is exactly as advertised. It is essentially a duplex with a common wall, shared pool, and shared rooftop deck. Both units are identical mirror images of each other. Ocean views are plentiful and a gentle breeze always flows from the east, providing excellent ambient cooling. When needed, the Air Conditioning worked very well and kept us as cool we needed at night. Kitchen is well stocked. No oven, but there is a toaster oven that would work in its place. Communication with the island hosts was excellent. We’re looking forward to returning to Vieques again soon!

Location, Location, Location

La Roca Studios sits high enough on a hill to provide an amazing view and plenty of ocean breezes. It is close enough to the ocean to hear the surf break. Located in the Bravos de Boston neighborhood, there is a community feel…people going to work in the morning, roosters crowing and friends out on a morning walk. If you like to cook, the studio is well stocked with pans and utensils, plus an awesome gas grill outside. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. WI-FI is very good. But the outside is where La Roca truly shines. Sitting outside your door with morning coffee, lounging in the pool or sitting on the roof top deck with an evening drink, all of these spots provide a fabulous view and fresh ocean air. We were fortunate enough to have the owners, Chris and Bianca, as our neighbors during our stay. What a great addition they were to an already fabulous vacation.

What a View!!

La Roca Studios is every bit as good as it sounds! Excellent area, quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to (once you know your way around). The bathroom being together with the bedroom was a little adjustment, but you can shut the bedroom door if you must. We were comfortable, had everything we needed for the beach, tent, coolers, chairs. The owners were there while we were, what a delight! We loved it!

This is/was hands down nothing short of magical: the views, the accommodations, the neighborhood, … I can go on and on. The highlight was making friends with the owners, Bianca and Chris. They couldn’t be more lovely.

...but the view!!

Let me start by saying that the view from this property was second to none. It's terrific from the front patio...but from the rooftop deck it's breathtaking! And you're close enough to the beach to hear the waves breaking. Spectacular! Another positive for us was Miles and Betty. They were so great to work with. They were very responsive and provided us with great information. The studio was fine. We were a little surprised to find that there is a bed in the bathroom...or a bathroom in the bedroom. Not sure which it is but there definitely is not a door separating the bedroom from the bathroom. So leave your modestly at home...or send your partner outside to admire the view while you're doing your business. The swimming pool is interesting. It's 6 feet deep everywhere. If you're as vertically challenged as I am - 5'10" - you best be decent at treading water. The other thing about the pool is that it was in the shade pretty much all day during our visit. We were there in late January/early February. Not sure if it gets more sun during other times of the year....but the view!!! The washer and dryer were a nice touch. Everything you needed to do a load of laundry was provided. And we needed to do laundry because we were only provided with 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for our 11 day stay....but the view!!! We were given only 2 garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for our 11 day stay. We ended up buying more toilet paper and gifting a couple of rolls to the neighbors when we left...but the view!! Overall it was a great experience. The island is everything we could've hoped for. The people were great, the food was great, the horses were great...and the view was terrific!!

Oasis that encourages a total unplugging

The property is exactly what you need to get back to basics of what life is about: some place to cook food, a comfy bed, and lots of space to get fresh air and feel a part of nature while not going anywhere. Beautiful views of the ocean facing north setting you up for beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. The plants on the property get you into island vibes such as bougainvillea. Very clean property with helpful amenities like washer and dryer but also some bug spray. The kitchen is outfitted with any vessel you think you might need. They even provide beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and ice boxes for a day at the beach. And you have access to a pool shared with one other apartment (so private if you get lucky with no neighbors during your stay). The managers - Betty and Myles- are extremely responsive, kind, and friendly. The owner too! A great place to relax and not worry about any planning - just go with the island flow!

This is our third trip to Vieques, first time in Isabel- the location of this house cannot be understated. High on the hill, catching the trade winds and a tremendous view of the Sea. Simple, clean and comfortable. We will be back, thank you!

Lovely place and best vies on Vieques!

We spent three weeks at La Roca, one week of which was under the Covid quarantine. We were totally comfortable and never bored. The property is very well equipped. Cooking was no problem as there is a stove, toaster oven, microwave and large fridge. The basement laundry came in handy. La Roca is all about the view! Gorgeous ocean views in all directions! At night the sound of the waves is soothing. The walk to town is a pleasant one mostly along the water. We are 71 and 68 and did it easily. To get to the beaches for which Vieques is famous you need transportation. The beach close to the house is lovely to sit on but rocks, coral and rough surf prevent swimming. The property manager, Betty, was very helpful and responsive. La Roca would be especially perfect for two couples traveling together and sharing a vehicle. I highly recommend La Roca!

Amazing! Beautiful views, peace and quite, so nice you barely want to leave to explore the rest of the island. Miles and Betty went above and beyond for everything we needed and kept in touch to see how we were doing. We plan on being friends and family in the future.

This place is heaven on earth!

The beauty of this place inside and out is stunning. The view from the lower and upper decks are amazing! The interior decor is simple but elegant. Everything you need is at your finger tips...laundry facilities, beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, etc. Take a dip in the pool to cool off after a day at the beach. Relax on the upper deck. Place was very clean and excellent location for us. Harvey and Marie were so nice and very accommodating. We will definitely be recommending this place to others. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We hope to come back again.

Our overal experience with La Roca and the owners has been excellent. The Host is very friendly, accommodating & helpful with local information. The apartment/property was great. From the pool, to the roof top patio. Laundry & the kitchen has all the basic you’ll need for a week (or few weeks if you’re lucky). The landscaping was beautiful & well maintained. We highly recommend staying at La Roca on your next visit to Vieques!
