'Everything perfect: very friendly lady, beautiful charming hotel and room, location. 2 min walk to the river with all the bars. Reasonable price. We've travelled through Switzerland for a week and this was by far the most beautiful place to stay. Lucern is lovely as well.'
'Pick this one at your own risk. However, if stuffy and pretentious is for you, try it. The room rate is rather high, given its location away from the old town. The restaurant food was not to our tastes. Tiny portions and a little bland. What’s with no TV to watch in the bedroom? The huge patio off the room was great but no view.
Disappointing'
'The nicest thing about the hotel was the parking garage. The room was very basic, smelling of cigarettes. The breakfast was not good at all, but still 20chf per person. The shower was going from very hot to ice cold without touching the handle. Not a pleasant stay at all!'
