The standard studio apartment is one of the solutions that form the Palazzo del Catapano, an ancient residence dating back to the 16th century.
The ancient wooden doorway located along the narrow streets of the historic center leads into the palace, into a common hall from which the stairs leading to the second floor start.
The studio is a single 30-square-meter room, furnished with a table, chairs and an open kitchenette, a double bed and a closet. The small house is complemented by 1 shower room.
Next to the double bed is a large window from which there is an exceptional panoramic view of the sea and the old town.

The studio apartment is located on the second floor of Palazzo del Catapano, a historic mansion in an exceptional location between the cathedral and the castle of Vieste.
Also within walking distance is the scenic Piazzetta Petrone, one of the oldest areas of "Vieste Vecchia," a seaside village that faces the Adriatic Sea from the Gargano.
The legendary Pizzomunno Beach, also known as the Castle Beach, can be reached on foot with a walk of a few hundred meters.
All services are at hand, also within walking distance.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 10 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in ZTL zone, which is pedestrianized from 01/06 to 30/09.
