Maison Boubou is ideally located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, one of the most authentic seaside resorts on the Landes coast.
Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll reach the ocean beach and its powerful Atlantic waves. The residence also has its own swimming pool—perfect for children or for those days when you’d rather relax right on your doorstep.
The town center is just as easy to reach: a lively summer market, shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors along the Mail are all within cycling or walking distance. The atmosphere here is relaxed and family-friendly—far from mass tourism, close to everything that matters.
Vieux-Boucau is also a unique setting: bordered by the ocean on one side and the Port d’Albret lagoon on the other, the resort offers two different experiences depending on your mood—waves and surfing, or a peaceful stroll along the water’s edge.
