Groot huis met 3 slaapkamers, zeer goed uitgerust, ons thuis ver van huis

Ik werd verliefd op het huis toen ik het loungediner binnenging. Ik hield van de grote ramen met zoveel licht en het uitzicht. We wilden een huis met 3 slaapkamers, zodat de kinderen vrienden konden meenemen of we met onze ouders konden komen. Het is heel ruim.

Onbeperkt internet. TV-box met 40 Engels sprekende kanalen. Netflix-app beschikbaar via tv, u logt in met uw gegevens.

Het heeft een ruim balkon met ruimte om buiten te eten, je zou er zelfs kunnen eten als het regent (wat vrij zeldzaam is wat ons betreft). Er zijn veel verschillende ruimtes om buiten te zitten. Er is een voortuin waar u 's avonds naar de zonsondergang kunt kijken, of de achtertuin onder de palmbomen. De achtertuin is niet volledig omheind en niet geschikt voor jongere kinderen zonder toezicht. We hebben een paar lichte maar zeer comfortabele ligstoelen, die gemakkelijk te verplaatsen zijn naar het gebied waar je zin in hebt. Als u in de zon wilt liggen, zijn er voldoende ligstoelen bij het zwembad, dat beperkt toegankelijk is voor de eigenaren en hun gasten op Quinta Do Montinho. Het zwembad heeft toiletten en douches, plus het gebruik van een koelkast om uw eten en drinken koel te houden als u de hele dag bij het zwembad wilt doorbrengen, perfect.
Goed gevulde keuken voor degenen die willen koken. Oven met spit gebraden. Magnetron. Koffiezetapparaat Koelkast / vriezer, wasmachine en vaatwasser.

Haven on the hill.

After nearly 30 years of experience renting various properties in the area we can safely say that this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The house is truly a "home from home in the sun" It is very clean, comfortable and well furnished. everything about it makes you wish you could stay there longer. Added to which the views are spectacular. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends, and indeed we are thinking of returning to it sometime next year.

Really nice accommodation with lovely views

This was our 5th visit to Parc de Floresta and we love it here. It is tranquil and beautiful. Our accommodation was very good in terms of space and location and we would definitely book this villa again. I’m already thinking about next year.

Very nice and spacious apartment in quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and large apartment. There is a wind-protected balcony with a beautiful distant view towards the sea. The sheltered location is important because it is a very windy place (permanent, strong northwest wind). The pool a few steps down in the complex is also very nice and large and deep enough for swimming and diving. Beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away by car. Salema is a very nice, small seaside village with nice beach and good restaurants. There is a supermarket 800 meters from the apartment. If you want, you can also play golf directly in sight of the apartment.

This property is great! We had a great stay!

The townhome is fabulous and well Located in a beautiful quiet area. The kitchen is well stocked and the house had everything we needed. We could have used more toilet paper for a four night stay and it is really so much easier if the shampoo and conditioner is provided. It is very difficult to fly internationally with excessive toiletries. We were a few minutes drive to the beach and the towns in this area are very cute!

Reliving memories

We stayed in a similar house year upon year when our kids were small so we were familiar with the area and setup. This rental house was one row down and everything was perfect. Great views of the countryside out to the sea, really really quite esp. at night. Fab pool which in June we had to ourselves for the 3 weeks. The house was very clean and has a great layout. You can dine in or out depending on how good or bad the weather is. The house looks small from the outside but is big and very well laid out inside. It had every appliance and facility that we needed including really good wifi (which we were not expecting). Close to Salema village which is picture perfecta and20misn form Lagos if you need some nightlife. You are also 20mins form the west coast where there are beaches that go on for miles and great for big wave body boarding and surfing. The host was great to work with and check in etc. was so easy, the host also checked in online to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Home from home

Our first time in this property, but not our first time in the Quinta Do Montinho area. The property was very well equipped, clean and very comfortable with a lovely balcony to enjoy evening sunsets, even when it was super windy. We hope to come back again next year!! Très agréable séjour

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et agréable. Très belle vue depuis la salle de séjour et le balcon, avec l'océan au loin. Les propriétaires sont toujours joignables, prêts à aider et les petits problèmes (dus à une longue période d'inoccupation de la maison) ont été réglés au mieux. Environs très calmes. Budens est un joli village et il y a de belles promenades à faire dans les collines et la forêt d'eucalyptus au dessus de la résidence. Tous les hauts lieux touristiques de l'Algarve sont accessibles à moins d'une heure en voiture.

Very comfortable and well equipped with great views

We had a very comfortable week here. The views from the balcony, and sitting room, are lovely and you can hear the bells on the nearby cows and also the chimes from the church clock in the village. Plenty of kitchen equipment and tables inside and out to eat at, comfy sofas, comfy balcony chairs all great. Lots of hot water too Use of a lovely swimming pool down the hill and surrounded by pines

Beautiful house with great facilities and gorgeous views

This house has almost everything a family would need on holiday. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters so it was gr8 to have the space to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only thing lacking was a coffee maker. There is a cafetiere which isn't as good. The balcony gets the full force of the sun in the morning but later in the day it shelters you from the wind so is lovely to sit out on. It is on the side of a hill so not the place for those with mobility problems. 3 sets of steps to the pool area. Pool was a good size and plenty of lounges and umbrellas. We brought our lunch down a few times. There is a bar within walking distance but it's up a VERY steep hill and pricey compared to other bars we visited. Food there is just ok. There's an amazing restaurant O'Tiego less than 10 mins walk down the hill. You have to book as it's so popular but on our first visit we immediately booked for a 2nd night. Fabulous. The bedding and towels are replaced after 1 week which was a nice touch and the place cleaned. There are basically no tv channels. Luckily we'd brought our Amazon Firestick and we paid for some Wi-Fi. Also there are quite a few dvds, mostly kids ones tho not all. Plenty of drawers and hanging space in the bedrooms. The village of Budens is very very quiet but you are in a good position from here to visit the West Coast which is stunning. Loads of secret wee beaches and amazing scenery nearby. Overall the house is spacious and comfy and I would not hesitate to stay there again

Schönes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir suchten nach einem ruhigen Ort um das neue Jahr fernab der täglichen Hektik einläuten zu können. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus von Claire war hierfür genau das richtige. Im Vorfeld wurden wir bereits bestens informiert, die Kommunikation war wirklich super. Vor Ort sind wir mit einem kleinen Willkommensgruß empfangen worden, auch hierfür vielen lieben Dank! Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, ist schön geschnitten und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Die Anlage ist unglaublich schön gepflegt und besitzt einen großen Pool. Ein Auto ist sehr hilfreich um die kleinen Orte im Umkreis erkunden und die Strände genießen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können Claire und Ihr schönes Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Great place for a short break.

Lovely property and location. Great communal pool. The house is part of a small complex on the Parque da Floresta resort, very close to Budens village, so handy for the local shops & hostelries, you can also walk over to the Parque da Floresta spa/golf complex easily. Our hosts provided a good welcome pack (we were late arriving so it was much appreciated - particularly the bottle of wine for a post-journey tipple & the fresh milk for the morning cuppa) and the pre-arrival info was spot on. We booked at the last minute for a 5 night break and the owners were extremely helpful in rising to our challenge. Would recommend both the property (very much had a feel of the "home from home") and the owners' attention to detail, helpfulness and quick response when contacted.
